Comfortable studio apartment in a separate building next to the owners' home. Owners friendly and available but not intrusive. Especially loved the view from the large picture window.

Could do with a sign at the bottom of the drive. We found it quite difficult to find & no phone signal ring hosts.

Donegal is know for its friendly people and the warmth of their welcome, and Maria was the epitome of this. We ran late a few times in arriving, and she had lit a fire in the wood burner in the apartment and kept it going through the evening so it the room would be warm and cosy when we eventually arrived, some hours later than planned. Maria provided snacks and a decent selection of tea/coffee, cereals, bread, and orange juice to get you up and out in the morning. The room was lovely, perfectly laid out and very cosy. The furnishings were very tasteful and and all added to the relaxed feel about the place. Throw in the seaviews across to Tory Island and you have the perfect accommodation, perfect location with an excellent host.

This is an exceptional self-catering apartment! Everything about the property (location, comfort, facilities, extras) really exceeded our expectations. Patrick and Marie are really considerate and friendly hosts and really go the extra mile (eg providing food essentials and treats). We are already planning our next visit!

This cozy apartment is perfect! It’s on such a great spot, just on the wild atlantic way, very close to a beautiful beach with amazing mountain views. From the window you can overlook the sea and you can relax in front of the fire. The apartment is so well equipped, it has everything you need. The whole place is set up with so much love and passion - you can feel and see it which makes it even more homey. Patrick and Maria couldn’t be more perfect! Such lovely, welcoming and amazing people, I’ve had the best time with them. They made me feel like home instantly. I can’t wait to come back!

I really can't think of anything. I think visitors to the area might need to be aware that the mobile phone signal is unreliable due to the mountain location, but surrounded by so much beauty and such warm hospitality, that's no sacrifice!

Such a delightful apartment! Clean and bright, well equipped, with a magnificent view from a wonderful big window. The hosts are a delightful couple and the provision of all the basic foodstuffs was a very pleasant surprise. This is a perfect 'getaway' spot for a couple or solo traveller wishing to detox from social media and immerse oneself in Nature. I hope to return!

Everything! The location is stunning. Also very convenient to all the sights of Donegal and walking distance to the pub! Beautifully finished studio, really comfortable and well stocked with extras such as milk, bread, fruit and fresh orange juice! Sat at that window watching the sea and sunset!

Lack of regular tv channels was the only negative for me. There is Netflix and other digital channels.

Very well presented accommodation in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Friendly hospitable hosts. The provision of a variety of food items is a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and good shower. Would love to stay again.
