Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomProbably a little too far from Dublin for my liking (when using public transport). Took around 40 mins as a journey.
Parking. Next to a Lidl. Luas tram stop 5 mins walk away. Fast check in and check out

United KingdomLack of temperature control ( no air conditioning) , top floor rooms where some of my family members stayed were like hot ovens , very difficult to sleep during night. No mini fridge in the rooms , no toilet brush, locker didn’t work. Kettle in one of our rooms had to be changed .Not good value for Money !!!!
Rooms were clean, location suited us as we came to attend a wedding in the hotel .

AustraliaClearly there was a function on and the noise and music in our room was very loud until late at night. Seems the cooling was not working correctly as our room was stiflingly hot.
Great location and good facilities. Breakfast was fabulous for an additional charge but remember to book the night before with reception as it’s considerably cheaper

United Kingdomit’s very tired. Our room had a lot of stains on the ground. The leisure centre really really needs updated. Very run down which is disappointing, they also don’t state you need to bring pool hats and will charge €3. Wouldn’t have minded but if we had known we would have brought our own. The dirt floating in the hot tub was awful.
parking is free and underground which is a rare find in Dublin which is a real positive. Staff that checked us in were very pleasant. Great to find a hotel in Dublin with a pool at a reasonable cost.

United KingdomIt felt a little unsafe, on a Saturday evening... there was even a security person in the reception area. Loud and somewhat drunken party crowd by the end of the evening!

United KingdomI just think it, like a lot of Dublin hotels are very overpriced - really 4* prices for a 3* experience. The food in the restaurant is basic and there are hardly any vegetarian options. Also the wine was very expensive, and I'm used to eating and drinking in London. If I was paying Premier Inn prices then expectations would have been met.
Check in and out quite easy, though there was a slight delay to check in as the room was not quite ready at the check in time. Nice to have a pool though there was no shampoo or shower gel available in the showers. It needs to decide whether it's a hotel facility or a municipal leisure centre as it falls between the two at the moment.

United KingdomDepending on the time of breakfast the food was sometimes luke warm and not hot as it should be. On one evening there was only 2 chef's available for the restaurant which had a delay on the food being cooked and delivered.
The location and distance from the airport was pleasing. The evening meal food quality was very good. The front of house staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times.

IrelandSafe in room didn't work so had to be replaced. Everything could do with a deep clean. Phone in room was disconnected and absolutely filthy. I had to wipe it down and reconnect it myself as we needed to phone reception because the safe wasn't working. I mentioned the phone problems to reception when I called them but they didn't give any response. All the access doors are problematic to open. You need to be buzzed in from reception and they must waste so much time buzzing in numerous times for every person. Ridiculous that tgey don't just fix the doors!
Nice hotel, great gym facilities.
