Since hotel is close to the bars it can be noisy & loud at night .

Locate in centre of city and close to most attractions. Breakfast was good and fairly priced.

It was a little loud with a band playing downstairs. But that’s what you would expect in the area. They provide ear plugs.

Location was amazing. Close to everything.

From our room we could hear neighbouring rooms showers running in the early morning and although there was curtains on the windows, the lack of roller blinds meant that the room was super bright at the crack of dawn. The hair dryer in the room was very old and lacked power so drying my hair took a very long time (minor quibble I know but quite annoying) also felt that the room was quite expensive for a room only rate but it seems city centre rates are high across the board in Dublin.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. They are a credit to the hotel and any request we made was granted quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Proximity to the city centre was wonderful.

I paid cash. Price was 296€, we paid 300€. Never got the change back. I know its just 4€ but still i should receive that money. But i still would come back.

In the city centre, very clean, easy to find, good breakfast choice, beds are very comfortable, great shower and staff were nice.

Our bedroom light flickered on a off (the main light) and the lower shower unit wouldn’t stay up.

The staff are all very welcoming, lovely comfy big bed (we had the best nights sleep). Great location and good to be partnered with next door for drinks and food.

Nothing necessarily bothered us to be honest, the only thing was it was a little loud in the evening. We knew the area we were in though this was likely so it didn’t bother us.

The location was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

    - Breakfast. We paid 20 euro each but the dishes were dirty and the staff forgot our coffee order 4 times. You will find many places around to eat for a better cost x benefit. We went for breakfast once and didn't go back there. - Keys did not work. We had to re-activate our keys every single day (sometimes more than once). All of them. There were apologies and excuses, some notes not to leave them close to our cellphone etc. one day we left the room, tried to come back immediately for one jacket and none of the 3 keys worked. - There are some constant noises in the room. It may be the AC system or something else, but it can be annoying for light sleepers.

    - The location is great for people who will be able to ignore the streets loud noises. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to.walk from/to most places we were visiting. - complimentary water bottles were a nice touch! - the staff was friendly and helpful. - nice and comfortable room.
