The coach buses would park on the street in the middle of the night with their engines on, which would be very noisy if you sleep with your window open. The windows keep the noise out well enough, so this shouldn't be problem normally, but for some reason our air conditioning system would turn off by itself after an hour or two. So we had the choice of either poor sleep due to noise, or poor sleep due to a lack of fresh air 😅 Maybe it was due to this poor sleep that we also felt that the breakfast was a bit meh. But Dublin is expensive, and for €12 you almost certainly can't get any better. We would recommend booking without breakfast and eating somewhere else instead.

Room was great. Location was great — very close to the Temple Bar area (just a 10 minute walk), but far enough where it's not noisy with partygoers. There's a metro station nearby and a train station across the bridge. Also, the airport coach stops a 3-minute walk away at George's Quay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's also a free water machine on the ground floor, with both still and sparkling water.

Close proximity to major sights, just a short walk and convenient access to buses, trains, trams etc.

The toilet was difficult to flush and there was visible mildew in the shower. The room's cooling system kept shutting off with loud beeps in the middle of the night.

Starting at the front door, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The guest rooms are big, clean, and modern with comfortable beds and pillows. The lobby has multiple seating areas with power outlets, vending machines, and restrooms. The food and drink in the hotel bar and restaurant was unusually good. The location is a short walk from multiple train stations. It's positioned just enough outside the main food and shopping areas to give you a good, quiet night's rest but it still easily walkable to all the things you want to do and see in Dublin's city centre.

It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room.

The breakfast was very good, the food at the restaurant was lovely, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the location was good, the beds were comfortable and there was a personalised card with 2 pieces of chocolate cake in the room on arrival, which was very thoughtful.

Our room had a balcony door that was locked, making the room very warm despite the air con in the room. Would have been better if we had the opportunity to open a window for fresh air. We also didn’t know there was complimentary water for guests downstairs. It would have been good to know this as we found ourselves buying large 3 litre bottles of water during our trip to keep hydrated.

Location was good, room was lovely and beds were comfortable.

The room and bathroom are quite small but it was as expected based on previous reviews we had read. For what we wanted, it was good. Would stay there again.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel is very modern and in a good location in Dublin. Friendly staff and our room was clean.

There wasn’t a kettle or fridge in the room for making a tea or coffee at your leisure. We needed to keep medication in a fridge in the lobby which was not secure at all.

It was a very nice hotel - our room was lovely and met our needs. Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods. Location is good and we walked everywhere. Trinity College is 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Some of the nearby streets are a little sketchy.

The room got extremely hot even with air con on, and they were very small but the size wasn’t that much of an issue as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Not your standard Travelodge, you wouldn’t realise it was a travelodge chain by the decor. Very slick look. Location was great as it was just a little bit out from the hustle but within 7 minutes walk to it. I liked how we got an actual coffee machine in the room, and biscuits! It was all very modern.

I was out two days visiting a friend on the outskirts of the city, and when I came back I was surprised the room hadn't been cleaned after two days of having the "please make up my room" sing on the door.

Room was nice, location great and staff friendly.

On our last day there was no hot water for our shower. The staff reacted quickly though (but it was already time for us to leave so we went with a cold shower).

The staff was really helpful and nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, only 10 min to walk to the center. Would recommend!

The room was really tiny with very minimal space to move around, especially once luggage is in there - but we were able to make it manageable. The shower was very shallow, so water built up quickly and the drain was unable to keep up with it through a whole shower.

Location was walkable for us to everything we wished to go see. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in, especially when we had to stop back down with a bill question. The staff corrected the issue immediately and was very friendly about it. Our room was clean.
