Honestly Uisce Beatha House is hands down the most beautiful b&b I’ve ever experienced and I have travelled extensively! From the natural surroundings, location, interior decor, bedding, home made breakfasts / lunches and just how comfortable the hosts Maureen & Pete make you feel. So friendly and kind, with amazing recommendations and hand written maps of the surrounding area! I cannot fault them and cannot wait to visit again! Thank you both so much, you made our last two days on Kerry truly unforgettable x

If there is anything to "upgrade" then this is a door to be added between the bath and the room. There is only a curtain which could be potentially disturbing.

An exceptional place, perfect location and a perfect view. The house is nicely renovated with a separate area for the guests. We had the room with sea-view which made the stay even better. Quiet place, close to Portmagee for our trip to Skellig. Clean rooms, hosts which helped with our questions (we even could get a charger for our Canon camera which we forgot at home - a one out of a million luck chance!! :-) ). Nice breakfast options in the dining area of the hosts - with view to the sea. I can only fully recomend.

Great hosts! Rich and tasty breakfast with options, the handmade jams selection was amazing! Very clean, great location with view on ocean, close to the port for Skellig Michael tours. Highly reccommended!

Extraordinary, positive experience. Hosts really friendly and helpful (couple of items we forgot in the room after checkout were delivered to our next stay by Piet, thank you!), the most delicious Irish breakfast I ever had (thank you Maureen!). If you are staying around the Ring of Skelligs, please try to stay there, you won't regret it.

The B&B's location was incredible as was the bedroom, bathroom and dining room. The breakfast was delicious including freshly squeezed juice and freshly layed eggs. The hosts were so friendly and they provided terrific local information about places to eat and attractions. Amazing accommodation.

The hosts - Peter and Maureen - could not have been more welcoming or accomodating. The rooms were clean and modern, and there was a nice selection of breakfasts. The hosts gave great advice on what to see, and sketched out a suggested itinerary on a map.

What a sweet night spent in this lovely little bedroom (the twin one) which is very comfortable and tastefully decorated! Everything is made to let us cocooning and calmly resting in it. We have found the same atmosphere during the breakfast facing the sea: delicious fresh and organic products, eggs directly from the coop and warm and friendly welcome from Maureen and Pete. We had to leave but it was reluctantly... we'll definitely come back. We really recommend this B&B in Kerry... don't hesitate to stay there! PS: Thanks for the homemade biscuits and all the nice attentions

I was jealous of Pete’s whiskey collection!

Pete and Maureen have a wonderful place just outside of Portmagee! It is quiet, clean, and oh what an exceptional setting, right smack on the bay facing Valentia Island. Our twin room, though on the smaller side, was very comfortable.and what a gourmet breakfast they offer complete with otters, hares, and water birds in view. We loved this place and and it’s owners and so will you!

The hosts made us a take away breakfast since we had to leave earlier in the morning. They communicated with us about timing since we didn't know when our boat tour would leave. They recommended amazing sites around the area. We couldn't have had a better experience. We will back if we ever can!

Maureen & Pete are very welcoming and we enjoyed staying there. Our room was a little small, but that was as expected from the description. It was nicely equipped, very clean and we did not miss anything. For breakfast we had selected a fruit salad and it was the best we had during our trip. The homemade jams were delicious and the view from the breakfast room over the sea to Valentia Island was wonderful. Maureen & Pete really take care of their visitors. Thank you.

Amazing views for breakfast, hosts could not be more friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and straightforward to find. Rooms are very clean with everything you would expect. Nice to have a guests lounge as well.
