Susan in reception was exceptionally welcoming. The restraurant staff were so obliging and nothing was a bother . The decor and hotel interior was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme and the hotel temperature was just perfect as the weather was extremely cold. Massive thanks to everyone in the hotel😁

A few cosmetic modernisations wouldn't go a miss. Early checkout for a flight but no offer of a breakfast box.

A beautiful ambience with the tasteful and classy Christmas decorations, the staff were very professional, smart and helpful. The location is nice set just a few minutes drive from the city centre.

Charming staff across the board, all very nice and hospitable. I hadn't anticipated the woodland setting in Glanmire despite the name :) Beautiful location and proud Limerick owners. Appreciate the investment in upgrades - it will be a stunning hotel when complete.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Beautiful property set far enough away from the main town you have a little more space, parking etc. but close enough you can access everything you want easily. The bar on premises is great to spend an evening at. We grabbed a table a bottle of wine and played cards knowing we could just walk up to our room after. Enjoyed the breakfast that was included and the staff went above and beyond to help us!

No correspondence from hotel apologising about the lift. After our stay.

We stayed in the accessible room. On the 2nd floor, we had to use the lift, which was fine. However late evening the lift was out of order and so we couldn't get to our room. We called the night manager, and he said he couldn't fix the lift. As our daughter uses a wheelchair we couldn't use the stairs. The manager said he would get help to carry the daughter up the stairs. We said that would be impossible. Eventually, the manager found an available room on the ground floor. We had to go up and down the stairs then to collect our items from the other room. By then, we were worn out.

Only minor areas, I couldn't find a switch to turn off a round mirror over the sink in the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom light was centrally controlled. The door closer at the top of the bedroom door is in the way of the wardrobe door when opened.

The room I was in was either new or newly refurbished. It was very spacious, tastefully decorated. Bed very comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant good choice and Fri service.

The restaurant area was quite cold, you need a jacket to be in it.

The place is quite charmful, really beautiful. The glass room is a great place to chill out with a nice book, a drink and relax The staff was very kind, all in all quite an enjoyable place.

This hotel has an old build feel with a modern twist.. a delight of a hotel in amazing surroundings the room was soooo spacious the beds so comfortable and the staff so very helpful and friendly nothing was a hassle for them .

The only thing I can say is there was no kettle in the room for tea but that’s the only thing

There wasn't much I didn't like being being honest. Maybe the parking but there was 2 weddings there so no one can give out.

The rooms were lovely, comfortable, the function room was very nice. Everything was brilliant. A little warm at times but that's expected. The woman at reception was fantastic, helpful, funny and a pleasure to be dealing with.

I actually couldn’t find any faults

Everything was fabulous we got upgraded to the Bridal Suite it was gorgeous. The staff were lovely nothing was a bother. Dinner was fabulous. Thank you Valerie you were amazing attentive fun and again nothing was any trouble . Susan thank you for everything you were so nice and pleasant. I loved the hotel we wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was booked out . Will definitely stay here again . You didn’t disappoint.
