Location was fantastic. Loved the town of Westport and the hotel was within easy walking distance of all the shops. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast also nice.

Some of the balcony rooms overlook the outside bar area - not probably a problem if it is raining but there was unusual hot weather and it was very noisy on the first night. My initial room was a bit dated. It would be nice to have healthier snacks in the snack machines. The gym could use some air conditioning and some newer mats.

Three of us stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. I complained about the initial bedroom I was allocated as it overlooked the outdoor bar area and there was a wedding on, coupled with the first hot weather in ages. The staff were incredibly helpful and whilst they couldn't relocate me the first night did change my room for the following two nights. The staff in general (front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff) were incredibly lovely and very helpful throughout out stay. The 2nd room I was given was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot). I would recommend getting a room with garden view if possible. Breakfast was great, swimming pool & sauna area were spotless, gym was a bit dated but just a sign the equipment was used a lot - which is a good thing. Dinner at the restaurant was also really nice. Location is brilliant as it is right in the centre of Westport. The parking is also plentiful.

I'm only sorry I could only stay for one night!

Room was large, bathroom had shower, bath and jacuzzi, plugs were positioned next to mirror on dressing table. Bed was very comfortable, air con worked, and there was an iron and ironing board.

If I'm being really picky, I found the pillows too hard and prefer a feather pillow.

Room was large and spacious with good facilities. Members of staff were friendly and efficient with a special mention to the warm welcome we received on arrival at the reception desk. We loved the leisure facilities. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was the best we had eaten during our holiday in Ireland. The hotel was located really conveniently for accessing the town.

Very warm downstairs and in the room where we had breakfast.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean. One lady who was cleaning our room was incredibly friendly and kind to our young sons and her mannerisms were exceptional. A credit to your team.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was great !

We had a lovely visit to the Westport Plaza and had a family dinner on Saturday night for 24 people. Food and service were both very good. A big shout out to Ciara our waitress who went above and beyond to ensure that we were all happy with out meal.

This particular room was very dark with limited daylight and no windows looking directly outside just a 10ft x 12 ft outer concreted walled cube/shaft open to the sky. No bottled water seems a bit penny pinching for the price paid

The staff at breakfast were not attentive at all, ignored when we walked in, only one interaction at the end of eating to ask had we seen a menu already? Not busy and over staffed so it was a bit strange.
