We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe booked the jacuzzi and plunge pool both for 25e each. You only get 30 minutes in each. That was okay for the jacuzzi but for the plunge pool you definitely need more time. We were asked to leave the plunge pool after 30 minutes. I've never been timed before in a thermal suite and 30 minutes including relaxation area is just not enough time. If charging should be at least 1 hour. The lunch menu is very pricing.
The location is stunning. The staff are really friendly. Food was lovely. Welcome drink on arrival and snacks in the room. Lovely relaxed feel in the hotel. Wine options fantastic. Jacuzzi was lovely experience.

Absolutely stunning stay in the wineport lodge, we've already booked our summer night and are really looking forward to it. We loved everything from the glass of bubbles with friendly warm welcome on arrival, to every staff member we met who couldn't have been more helpful and overall just so welcoming. The food was amazing, dinner the night before was exceptional, but breakfast was the final joy the next morning 💯
