Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

It’s a beautiful little hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The garden with the chairs to rest are beautiful. You can spend a nice afternoon with your friends drinking some wine there. The host is very friendly and kind. He welcomed us with coffee and juice and a homemade delicious bread. The day we left they also offered us coffee and tea. Also he gave us good recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended.

TongaWe are a family of 4, we booked 1 night and extended 3 days at Abu Hanna Boutique in Nazareth, a family operated accommodation. On arrival we been greeted by the Mum and Dad of Jacob with arabica coffee, tea, and special home made cake. The rooms were very clean, well decorated, good quality linen, and towels with a beautiful outdoor garden. We later meet the Jacob, nice, helpful and very friendly person. We immediately feel at home with their warm hospitality and extended our stay. The accommodation is conveniently located only 5 to 10 minutes walking to the centre of Nazareth. This place have a magical feel to it, and if we going to come back we will definitely come probably during Christmas time and stay at Abu Hanna boutique again. Special thanks to Jacob and his family, may the Lord bless and keep you all.

IsraelThe owner was very welcoming, he made sure that we had everything we needed. Our bed sheets were changed and we had clean towels everyday. This place is very well maintained, I love the old architecture. There is a free parking within the premises which was very convenient, close to the old city and many shops and restaurants. It is very family friendly.

Chinawifi is not work in The b&b is located on a relatively steep slope, making it a bit challenging to find. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal is not very strong, and it's difficult to access the internet in the room. You would need to go outside to get a better connection.
This is a cozy b&b with a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town of Nazareth. There is a small parking lot where you can park your car overnight for free, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here since we were driving a rental car. The room facilities are a bit simple, but the size is quite spacious. It would be even better if there were more tables for placing belongings. The b&b has a beautiful garden with many lovely flowers, and the owner has a good understanding of gardening. In the evening, we had a drink and chatted with the owner in the garden. The owner even offered me a hookah and served watermelon.

United StatesThere was nothing to dislike. this property is 10/10.
Jacob was literally THE BEST HOST EVER! I have never had a hostess like Jacob. He has gone above and beyond for my group and I. We were welcomed with drinks and desserts. He was such a great conversationalist. Like I wish I had more time just so I can stay at this boutique for longer. I had mentioned to him that our car had some issues. He had taken the initiative to call the car company and have a representative come and take a look at our vehicle. He had so much insight and great recommendations. If you were to ever come to Nazareth, I would 100% recommend to this place because it is worth every single dollar. I haven’t even begun to explain how beautiful the seating/ view was. The rooms were so spacious and so clean as well. He even made me a fresh hookah bowl for my friends, and I to enjoy. Honestly if it wasn’t for his hospitality, my experience with Nazareth wouldn’t have been the same.

We loved our stay here. The room was sparkling clean, we liked the terrace awash with flowers and slightly oddly Christmas decorations (it was May). It’s really well located within walking distance of the main things to see, there are nice restaurants a short walk away. Jacob, our host was very friendly and helpful about check in & out

United KingdomNothing. The property is Perfect!
This is an amazing property situated in the heart of Nazareth, literally a few minutes walk from everywhere you could want to be or visit in the City. It is so picturesque in its design and location with its decor of the highest quality. The staff and owner are quite possibly some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to encounter and truly make you feel at home and welcome. The owner is an absolute pleasure to chat to and has a whole wealth of knowledge about the City and his Country, always sharing local tips on how best to navigate the city and most importantly where the best food is!! This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and most definitely the best in Nazareth! I would genuinely recommend this hotel to all who visit Nazareth!

CanadaAbu Hanna is a Nazareth gem. The room and shared spaced are clean and beautifully decorated (true to photos). The shared balcony and garden are exquisite. But the highlight of our stay was the company of the host, Yakoub. We enjoyed many chats with Yakoub and his friends over tea, coffe, and cake, laughed, and learned a lot about life in Nazareth. Yakoub welcomed us as friends and offered the highest level of hospitality. I highly recommend a stay at Abu Hanna!

AustraliaIt was a steep walk back from the old city, which was fine for us, though some people may battle. The streets are quite narrow for driving on, but that's what to expect in an old city
