The resort looks amazing, very clean and well organized. The staff members were super nice and welcoming. The facilities and the shared areas maintained with great care and well designed. The prices of the food, snacks and drinks are fair. The tent was big and the AC worked fine.

Relax factor was quite low during morning and night. loud music from neighbouring properties, car noise from nearby road, lights in the glamping area enlighted the tent. in sum the sleep was at a minimum. Would have expected a more peaceful location when booking a glamping tent. sanitary facilities were not cleaned, no toilet brush available (Shower, bathroom in general was fine).

Not a good value for money. Not clean, we asked 3 time to clean our room, the staff said they cleaned it but they didn't. We had cups with coffee from the previous guests, broken accessories in the bathroom and shower. A lot of noise! You can hear the next room very loud, children running in the corridors... The bed is double mattress instead of a king size mattress (not comfy at all) And general bad attitude of the staff. We will definitely not come again, and will not recommend this hotel for a friend.

We had a wonderful 2-days stay at this hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated and nicely decorated in ethnic style. The reception was great, we just arrived for the welcoming drink, which was a lovely bonus and gave us an opportunity to meet and exchange with other travelers. The staff was very friendly, meeting all our needs. Our kids got marshmallows as a gift from the reception, they were excited to cook them at the open fire in the garden of the hotel. The room was nicely decorated. The mezzanine with matrasses was great for our kids, while our bed was very comfy with a lot of pillows. Just on the next street, we found an excellent bakery, restaurant, and even a bar. To go to the crater's observation point was around 5 min by car.

The price was so expensive compared to what you get. The breakfast was super poor, no proper coffee (they charge more money for a good coffee), not enough comfortable seats, and not enough variety of food. We really didn't expect a luxury hotel, but if you the prices are so high we would hope to get a better experience.

This is not what it says on the tin. A casual attitude prevails throughout except where it comes to charging. This is a glorified youth hostel, located in a crudely converted industrial building in an old unsurfaced industrial estate and the attitude is that you should celebrate it and not expect any better. You're expected to buy into the propaganda but in truth it's disappointing. The hospitality industry needs to wake up if this is the bar. It is clear that in a market where rates are unrealistically high and that the current perception is that there is a captive audience . Foreign visitors will think twice before repeating the experience.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and nicely furnished. Staff were friendly.

the mornings are a bit noisy if you want to sleep in

great for families traveling in the area. even though it was very cold they had fire pits on and it was super fun to put marshmallows on the fire. the place is beautiful and the breakfast is nice. the staff was very helpful and friendly. it was our second visit and we’ll definitely come back

Nobody did alert us there will be a party in front of our street balcony.

When you go to desert to rest and to recover from a stressing time all you need is aquiet place. So if you need to suffer 4 hours of noice coming from a discotheque placed 30 meters from your room the weekend is ruined.

super friendly staff, sweet and spacious rooms. ours a bit in Bohemia style. we got an upgrade - thanks :) - to a room with private jacuzzi on the terrace. room was very spacious, all new and very clean. massage could be booked as well as a star gazing tour (not happened due to weather). the whole ensemble with the glamping part offers space, a huge pool and fire place to chill outside. there is also an outdoor bar. Pilates was offered in the morning. overall great for a trip for couples or a larger group of friends

It was holiday and most of the hotel was full of people, mostly young children which effected the stay a lot. There was no room to sit by the pool, and the noice never stopped. Even in the evening , the children ran across the hall and were yelling which effected my sleep. Same in the morning. The annoying part is the fact that the staff didn’t say anything. Also, when we arrived they told us we got upgraded to bigger room, which was not really the deal. We had a upper floor with 2 extra beds that we didn’t need, and they said we have a balcony . Too bad the balcony was directed to the service area with the cars and the trucks. Anyways.. first time stay, I will not come back in the holidays that’s for sure 👌🏼

Dogs straying in the garden and dog excrements in most of the garden‘s corner; the apartment was only superficially clean; no shower gel but 2 conditioners or body lotion?; kids running and shouting in corridors at 7a.m. And that cost 420$ a night!
