I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service in that hotel. Rooms are super spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I mean really comfortable. It’s like you feel that every small detail was created in order to make you enjoy. Very rare thing even in the best hotels in Tel-Aviv.

I loved the hotel, the staff was sweet and very helpful, the room amazing - beautifully designed and comfortable with balconies overlooking the busy streets of TLV and a side view of the beach and see. I loved the sensational breakfast waiting for me every morning by the door:)

Everything was above and beyond - chilled wine bottle as a welcome, breakfast delivered to my room, water bottles as much as I wanted, a beach bag with games to play, they were just GREAT.

The room was sensational. Huge, high ceilings, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, porch with sea view, overlooking the people streaming in and out - one could just sit there looking at them all day. Huuuuge shower, everything thought through meticulously. Comfy bed, completely sound proof from the street. Excellent breakfast, really nice staff… One of the top 3 rooms we’ve ever stayed in (worldwide) - we’ll definitely return!

Amazing stay. Great location right next to the beach. Was surprise to get a breakfast tray to the room which was waiting for us with delicatessen from Maidon Kaiser. Great restobar at the hotel.super kind staff. Very clean and beautiful rooms

rude evening receptionist. stated she was not responsible for the lobby bathroom not having toilet tissue, and did nothing to rectify the situation. we had to go to a restaurant next door to get some tissue…

Bathroom was too small, licated between two streets with heavy traffic, balcony and windows facing noisy and smelly ventilation.

breakfast in cafe was same as breakfast brought to room, only at cafe you could get an additional sandwich, not what was written on web site, thought there would be more for breakfast. Basically just a continental breakfast. on corner of busy streets/a little noisy, balcony faced busy street only one bathroom for 2 bedroom apt suite/ a little difficult if sharing with another couple.

Sorry to say but staff seemed inexperienced. Maybe because it was shabat or I dont know why else. All the time we had a problem with our key, it just didn't work, and we had to fetch somebody and wait outside the door. At our check-in my back was killing me, it was very noticeable, but this nice girl chose to keep us downstairs and tell us all about breakfast options. At our check-out we had to wait untill another nice girl finished her phone call. The other strange thing was that both girls we spoke with, suddenly changed languages during the conversation. It's really very unpleasant, you know, it’s like you don't understand them and they try to make it more clear to you. I believe it's a client's priviledge to choose a language and staffer is the one who should adapt.
