I did not like the color of the door to the rooms and the numbers on them, this reminded me a Jail!! This was a very bad experience of the black doors and huge numbers on them, this need to be change immediately.

The bathroom needs re-doing. The hotel could use a re-fresh.

The staff was kind and professional. It was kind of a be-self-sufficient hotel. Great of you're on the go all day and need some place to flop. The rooms were clean enough, but the bathrooms were so old that I'm not sure how clean one could get it. The breakfast was clean and fresh. They had machines in case you needed a cold drink. The noise level was fine. We had a car so it was about 2 kilometers from the ⛱️ beach. The price was very reasonable for Eilat prices. They tried in little ways toward hospitality, and that shows something. We had a good Holiday and the price allowed us to buy other things.

The rooms are run down, in most of the rooms there are doors that connect to the room next door so you can hear and smell everything from the room next door, the television is far from the bed and not faced to the bed at all overall not with the money

Nothing it was so disgusting with bloody towels hair everywhere, the room was never even cleaned from the last people that must have stayed there the bathroom was over flowing with tissues from the toilet, there were dead and live bugs everywhere, and to top it all off the hotel HAD NO A.C. IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER!! AND TO MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE THE HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED ON BOOKING. COM AND IT GAVE IT AN OVERALL 8.1 REVIEWS???! And we NEVER EVEN STAYED IN THE ROOM BECAUSE IT WAS SO DISGUSTING AND OH YEAH DANGEROUS AS WELL BECAUSE THE DOOR HANDLE AND LOCK WAS BROKEN!!? WE LEFT AT LIKE MIDNIGHT AFTER "CHECKING IN" AND CHECKING RIGHT BACK OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS THAT IT TOOK TO TRY TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS ALMOST IMMPOSSBLE AT THAT HOUR...AND TO TRY TO MAKE IT UP BOOKING .COM OFFERED US LESS THAN HALF THE MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER EVEN STAYED THERE....A COMPLETE RIPOFF and I want my money refunded ASAP!!

Room wasn't clean. Poor lighting in room. Room door was difficult to open. No electrical sockets near beds and not enough in the room for the appliances in the room (need to disconnect fridge or tv to use kettle). Pool was small and only works until 5pm.

Old bed sheets,pillows and towels..The room had a smell of mold. The bathroom was in very bad condition. The pool closes at 5pm and so is the access to the outdoor sunlounges.No where to relax outdoor after 5pm.The coffee machine was broken so for breakfast we had a choice of instant coffee only!

staff at reception when we arrived was terrible. not helpful at all. we booked a room for three but there was only a double bed in the room. when they fitted a third bed it was of such poor quality that my son would not even fit on it
