Outside traffic noise might seem loud for sensitive people. It probably was not as close to places we wanted to go, but that happens in many big cities in general.

Big apartment with three rooms with two beds in each one. The place was clean, and the kitchen was equipped for cooking if required. It served the purpose for our needs.

Really happy with room, kitchen facilities, washing/dryer machine. We felt super safe. Yes, it’s on a noisy road but we slept ok. Comfy bed. The other two rooms that we expected would share the bathroom and kitchen with us, happened to be vacant so it was like having our own apartment. Thank you!

Room was clean overall, however curtains and dressers were not well cleaned.

It was really central, a nice walk was possible to the beach. Rooms were equipped with necessary items. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped too. It has a few bus stops nearby which made getting around the city easy.

A pigeon made a nest between the window and the outside shutter, so we could not close the shutter, which made the room bright at night, and there were large birds coming to the window (maybe to try to steal the eggs), which was quite noisy. The place was not very clean, which is ironic considering that a few days before the trip they wanted to add a cleaning charge to the regular booking fee, when it would be a headache to find new accommodation at a reasonable value The area is not bad during the day, but it's quite scary after dark.

All good. Very easy to reach and talk to the people who manage the place. The bathroom is common but clean, we were alone in the place, not others. I guess depends on luck.

Very nice place with great location. The apartment offers basic stuff like kitchen dishes and stuff for the laundry which was perfect for me. The organzing stuff are very friendly and the communication was superb from the day I booked this place.

the apartment should be cleaned a little bit better in my opinion (floors, toilet, tables) and thin windows difficult to close (strong noise from the street)

The place is located is very near the best avenues and city locations but on a 'in-city mini highway road' meaning you will stay with your room curtains shut most of the time - also a writing desk would be very nice to have - no place to work with the laptop.

Great rooms with excellent quality standard furnitures and very equipped kitchen and other facilities, it is clear the owners put an effort and made the extra mile for the residences comfort while staying. Very clean and tidy place, even though it is shared bathroom/kitchen they divided the place into several sections each with only 1-2 apartments so you share those with another single apartment.

The property we stayed didn't look like the pictures at all. The sofa was very dirty and the apartment in general was not clean, specifically the toilet. There was no kitchen as advertised in the photos, only an electrical stove and a microwave with kitchen equipment.

The location is very good and we had an easy communication with the host, the check in was pretty easy.

The apartment is very noisy, the street below is always full of traffic and noise.

The apartment looks like in the pictures both outside and inside. The building is not realy nice, but the apartment is fine. The position is strategic to visit the city.
