We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelIt was necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to get to my room. The sushi bar next door was very loud, forcing us to keep the window closed. Shower could use a shower stall.
Breakfast and staff were beyond exceptional. If we requested something for breakfast that was not normally on the menu, it was available the next day. The location could not have been better. It had a very comfortable bed in a large room. Towels were top quality not normal thin hotel quality.

Excellent location - 2 minute walk from the centre. Unique. Nice room, and cleam. One of the more amazing breakfasts we have had. Great hostess - very kind and accommodating.

United KingdomThe zimmer was located on the first floor of this beautiful restaurant courtyard, welcoming and clean. The owner offered us refreshments of beer and wine and then showed us to our room. Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed or could want! Local to everything.

United StatesThe bed was really hard. There is no parking. You have to park behind Pizza Hut. At night it’s hard to find a free spot. I could not connect to internet snd what they sent me did not exist.
Great location once I found where they were. The sign shows a restaurant. No hint that the units are through a restaurant courtyard. And the address number isn’t correct. The actual unit is gorgeous. Great ceilings with beams. Good coffee machine.

IsraelIt is right next to a sushi restaurant and at night there was a little loude music, but Maby it was exceptional because it was Purim. Also, downstairs it is a restaurant and they also do events. So when we arrived there was an event going on, it was impossible to take a nap. It was not mentioned when I made the reservation.
The location is excellent! It's a beautiful place, very neat, nice owners. The breakfast was very good and different.

IsraelThere was an electricity power failure which made our stay problematic and we couldn't stay another night. But it was not the owners' guilt. There is only one general problem: it is hard to find a parking since this Zimmer is in the centre of the city
The room is wonderful, very spacy and comfortable, very clean. The owner is very friendly and very hospitable.
