It took time for the staff to respond. There were a problem with a price in booking and the price the hotel got a we had to wait up to 2 hours to get a response and also we had to call to booking by ourself. And we paid a full price at the end.

Shower turned out into a pool quite fast and one of the room was lacking AC so it was a bit annoying regarding heat.

The room was really nice and lovely, the pool as well, and the balcony with the view was absolutely breathtaking!!

There was no one present in LOBBY BAR, Main Entrance of Hotel was not opening, need to do manually, when we came from outside, there was no Bell boy or anyone available and hotel door was close, we waited in a hot weather. While check out we had baby and lot of begs and guy sitting near entrance was just watching us and never opened door for us. we have to keep begs down to open it. KIDS CLUB was close.

Size of the room, pool, nice bed check in and check out was fast, waitress name QUEEN was friendly and room balcony had a great view of sea of galilee. Breakfast was good.

We took a Two Bedroom Family Suite and a Two Bedroom Junior Suite - despite the different names, exactly same thing! 1. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall that is 75% glass - a window made up of glass, blinds that are shut and cannot be controlled, and then another pane of glass. This means: a. the bedroom is not completely private as you can see through the blinds (on the sides, and if up close), b. light comes through from the bedroom to the living room and vice versa, c. need to turn on lights in main living area if you want full light. 2. The main aircon unit opening is located in the living area. A smaller opening is in the far corner of the bedroom (far from the bed). To cool the bedroom, unless the door is left open - the aircon must be on a low temperature and high fan the whole time. Kids sleeping in the living room froze! In the morning/day, with the sun coming through the curtains (see next point), we had to open the door to get the air flow from the living area aircon to properly cool the bedroom. 3. Curtains are thick BUT do not stop sunlight from coming in = a LOT of light and the bedroom starts heating up (also because of aircon issue) in the morning. Light - the bedroom is extremely light, and the living room gets light coming through the blinds in the wall between the two rooms.

Full view of the Kinneret. Breakfast was a wonderful Israeli breakfast plus a lot of extras - really tasty and indulging! Room was clean and as described (but - see three negative points below). Couch has a separate popup bed under it, so it becomes two separate (comfortable) beds. Each room had a nicely sized porch with a table and chairs - very pleasant addition to the rooms. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the hotel allows you to leave your luggage after checkout so you can still do stuff after officially leaving your room and checking out. Parking arrangements are quite decent - park 2 minutes away (in the open), and constant shuttles 24/7 at request go between parking and hotel.

Parking a bit inconvenient, but transport to parking sight was always available. Shower floor very slippery. Smoking and noise from neighboring rooms and balconies until the early hours of the morning.

We liked everything and enjoyed!

We were very surprised. We got very easy service and came into our room which was basically completely new. The food was very tasty and the hotel atmosphere was unassuming and very pleasant. There were lots of internationals and no noise.

The hotel is rather far from the main city facilities and places of interest. If you're travelling in a car, it would not be an issue for you, though.

Decent value for money. Tasty breakfast with a variety of choice (without meat). The room looked clean, but there was a lot of dust inside the drawers. Stunning view from the window at the lake.

somebody threw a plate on our balcony, there were a lot of splits. I asked to clean it and first time they came and took away only one big split and the rest splits were still on balcony. when I asked second time as we wanted to celebrate birthday. and about an hour nobody came then I cleaned by myself till they came. There is no sound isolation at all. impossible to sleep.
