Food was OK, not terrible, but manageable. Elevator lift was a bit hard to press, staff tries to come and clean your room at 8am

The Kids hang out room however was not. My family and I traveled there with our 3 children. Most of the gaming machines did not work and they required money to play. So after putting my money in, the game did not work! Money lost! The supervised kids club area opened late due to the staff showing up an hour early and this specific area is only open for 2 hours. Also once the attendant opened the room he left for a number of minutes with no explanation! Therefore, i did not entrust him with the care of my children and this was one of the main reasons I selected to stay at this resort. Lastly I speak only English and this hotel was supposed to have bilingual staff. Majority of the staff spoke no English!

The rooms were nice and so was the property. The buffet was also satisfactory.

The hotel commands a panoramic view, easy access to the Dead Sea shore and a private swimming pool. The food service is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly.

hotel it’s self is old , no sound proof in the room ,can literally hear what people in neighbour room talk about . the sea coast it’s self is very tired , not a big area for swimming either.

I love the diner buffet. it’s was incredible. huge variety of food , delicious and great quality. breakfast was not that spectacular but also very decent had everything but meat the hotel staff are very nice and helpful . spa area have great therapists especially mud lady made my stay , was very kind and professional

The closing time of the spa is a bit too early (6pm) for my taste. On the second day of my stay the staff decided to change the water of the pool one hour before the closing time without prior notice and without letting us know that the rest of facilities were still accessible. Not a big deal, but make sure to ask precise questions if you need to plan your day accordingly.

Loved the location, which is right in front of the sea with unobstructed view and the room I had was on a high floor which provided me with a breath-taking sight of the rising Sun. The club room included access to the "business lounge", which is a great spot to get away from the crowded restaurant. The spa facilities are excellent, enjoyed very much the heated pool with the dead sea water.

When shower was on alot of water dripped onto the floor and had to use lots of towels to keep floor dry.

Everything, massage with Rivka was great! Doron the manager was incredibly attentive to us, made us feel really welcome , we'd love to return in the near future!

The jacuzzi indeed was not working and the pool outside was not heated. However, we had a great experience and we would recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a couple, one night in Vert Hotel Dead Sea. Even though tourism didn’t start yet, considering the ongoing conflicts, we really felt safe. There must be some refugees inside the hotel, but it was not a disturbing aspect. Front desk offered us a room in a floor with no kids, so it was really peaceful. The room was really modern, clean and nice with an amazing sea view. Staff was friendly and we even got a complimentary dinner service. Food was tasty (offering a buffet with great variety of choices), they have indoor spa with sauna and hot dead-sea water inside pool.

Was a perfect weekend with a great staff. The hotel was a perfect place for our families needs. Helpful and highly trained staff. Our weekend was a perfect dream vacation. Great pool, great service, and great food. The large outdoor options gave us the privacy we needed. They had many options for hanging out inside and outside. They were constantly cleaning to make sure our comfort would not be compromised.
