Breakfast could be improved in terms of freshness. Vegan options are missing.

We took a family cabin which suited us perfectly for a comfortable family holiday. Plenty of space. Loft floor for the kids, a seperate bedroom for the parents, in addition to a lounge and cute outdoor terrace. The resort is beautifal, with a playground next to the dining room. Free access to the kibbutz pool was fun!

We came to sleep before an hike. we wanted to have a sandwich for the hike but told that we can’t make it. it’s forbidden. the room was clean and nice. the shower so small you can hardly stand inside. the water overflow and the bathroom floor was wet.

the location is very good. breakfast seems very good, colorful and varied.

We were in a very cold days, there were no place for stay as a family after 9 pm on Thursday, and Friday after 6 the place was closed, it was disappointing.

There was a large variety of food for breakfast, good for every taste The swimming pool is spacious and clean but because it was only open in the afternoon, it was very crowded with children and difficult for swimmers.

I didn't like the fact, that the pool isn't open in Sunday (no one told us that, although they called us from the property to insure our details. This fact wasn't mentioned in Booking.com; the property called us after free cancellation had ended and told us "the pool is closed in Sunday" which was a half of the holiday trip. When we complained while the call with the staff, we weren't answered politely), BUT when we arrived the staff was polite and helpful.

I liked the breakfast, the location and the pool.

Would be good to know the hours of the restaurants in the kibbutz. They were good, but I didn't know about them. Also the market.

Receptionist at check in very rude, unfriendly, we had two Australian families booked in the group who were not supposed to be charged VAT , and despite presenting their foreign passport but had not kept the blue entry slip ( somehow) the hotel charged them the full VAT . Disgraceful!!! We arrived at 4 pm and my room was not cleaned and ready till nearly 8 pm. The double rooms have a tiny shower room which you can either shower in or sit on the toilet. Food facilities around are poor. The couple of restaurant in the resort shut at 6 pm.

public area (lobby) closed on Friday at 18:00, leaving us a group of 5 families with small kids no where to eat dinner. we asked the staff if they could keep the lobby open for even half an hour more but they refused. very disappointing that such a place doesn’t provide the guests with a common area to stay at after 18:00 as it is freezing outside and not possible to be there with small kids. (rooms we took were small, no eating area)

The living room was quite small, dated, and not equipped to the expected standard, the bedroom is spacious.

Location! Quiet and tranquil in low season. There are several venues in Ein Zivan like wineries, a bakery, a chocolate factory.

The shower cabine too small for a tall man. Also, as it was cold outside, we had to struggle with the air-condition to start it working in the heating mode.

- Same breakfast every morning - the second floor with o Ac and it was super hot - From the arrival the staff reminds you when do you leave what do you need to do in order to leave. The staff gave you the feeling that you are bother them and disturb all the time

Bad accommodations! Awful bathroom, no room to put anything down, took forever to get hot water, the desk closes at 7 pm and if you need anything, tough luck!

The wineries and restaurants all close before 5pm. The hotel is not involved in these hours. it would be nice to have something available in the evenings within the Kibbutz grounds.

Staff looked after our every needs. we received a suite as an upgrade. breakfast was lavish and tasty. quiet and secluded.comfortable
