Low equipment : no coffee machine, no dish towel, one towel (very old) per person, no bath carpet… But a huge fridge and oven (who needs this ???) only 4 toilet paper rolls included, you need to pay if you need more !!! The place isn’t dirty but not 100% clean either. Everything looks a bit old and would require to be refreshed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay especially that it was so close to the Rambam and Rebi Meir Bal Hanes. The View was very nice looking over the kineret and at the same time the mountains surrounding area. We also had covered parking.

Hot water disappeared on the second day of our stay. also, I got use to back and forth communication with other hosts and hotel-like bare minimum felt like vacuum.

The check in process was unusual, all the information we learned when arrived at the place. I do prefer to know what to do in advance but that is just a personal preference.

No full-size body towels. The host left a long list of basic amenities with prices (ie additional toilet paper, soap etc). For the price I paid, I don’t expect this much nickel-and-diming. And to add insult to injury, the when checking in, the host put a hold for NIS 500 on my credit card just in case there is some sort of dispute (which there wasn’t). I have booked apartments all over Israel and never experienced this. Overall a great place, but in the future I recommend the host invest another $20 for towels in the the room instead of trying to squeeze the guest for $1 for more toiler paper.

There were MANY insects, specifically crickets, all around - the hallways, staircase and even inside the apartment. The only way we could make them stop trying to get inside was to close the windows, shut the blinds and turn off all the lights. They definitely need to exterminate.

While getting ready for check out I found a hygienic pad (which wasn't ours) under the bed. Under the beds there were a lot of dust. The places which aren't visible are not being cleaned. When we spoke to the manager about it he made excuses instead of apologize. Also, if you run out of toilet paper you need to pay for more. You get only one towel for each guest. No towel to wipe your hands in the kitchen or the bathroom, no towels for feet.

Location is great, many free parking spaces. The apartment looks really nice. Kind of clean, nice balcony.

We had to leave 500 shekel for deposit and the bank canceled the deposit two weeks after the stay. In the reception I was told they would give me back the money the next day. Besides, the flat was full of little problems, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, no tv, weak air conditioning. No use of the hotel’s swimming pool alloud.

The place is nice, the view is beautiful the flat we were in is ok.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were a large family traveling with children. Our room was filled with hundreds of flies. They were in every room from the bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. Our children were crying and scared and it was uncomfortable being in the room. We reported the issue and were told that nothing could be done. This was due to an issue in the city and the hotel had no solutions. As the gentleman at reception was not helpful, we pushed to speak with a manager and were told he was not reachable. The hotel didn't even offer us anything to compensate. This had to have been our worst traveling experience!

Everything was great, no complaints at all.

The location and the service was exceptional! They upgraded us to meet our needs beyond what we could have asked for. Also they provided the hot plate and water urn we needed for Shabbos.
