The only reason that for some things I gave bad marks is because the WiFi was terrible to the point that it basically didn't work. I flagged this and got another router but the problem persisted

Door keys sometimes stop working, room decorations are old / falling apart, staff not always available or respond well to requests for additional sheets / blankets etc, wifi is not always good, scuff marks on walls and blinds not working well, wallpaper slightly folding in on itself / falling

The studio room was too small and only one chair in the room for two. The water drain could not cop with the flow and the water flooded the entire toilet. The lock on the toilet door was also broken. Staff not working all day and absent at night.

I think I definitely wrote a lot in the previous section. The TV even didn't work! The smell of cigarettes in the room, the floor was sticky (I walked barefoot and I noticed) the beds were not comfortable, there is no lobby in the hotel (so in case you have a question in the middle of the night, forget about it!). And again, there is no reason to pay such a costly price for that room. Did I mention that the aluminum covering the ceiling in the roof fell a meter from my kids? And it was with no earthquake!

Nothing. The neighborhood is exceptional and very well located, but the facility sucks. The roof ceiling in the corridor fell a meter from my kids! I have been to many countries, poor and rich, exotic or common, but never experienced such a bad place. I mean, the person working there was extremely nice, but the place sucks. Not to mention value for money... 900 NIS for that piece of shi...?! Unbelievable!

No soap at all (no hand soap, no bathing soap or shampoo) even though there was body lotion and hair conditioner. When I realised this they promised to deliver the missing items but it was too late for me: I had to go to my business meeting without washing properly. The Argentinian lady at the reception was kind and appreciative but this did not diminish my inconvenience. I asked whether I could receive a partial reimbursement in light of this problem but this led to nothing. The handle of the bath door was loose and almost broken. The shower door is not sealed properly so the water goes under it and tends to soak the bathroom.

I had to wait 5 minutes to enter the hotel and the respsion is on the top floor 1 staff member so had to wait to get served

It could do with a bit of renovation- the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, there were a few knocks out of the table and the chair had a burn mark. Nothing super important to us I must say! It would have been nice to have an extra chair or stool to sit on the balcony but overall very minor stuff for such good value for money.

such lovely staff! our apartment had everything we needed and check in/check out were super easy. I’m autistic so having clear communication was a big plus for me. I asked lots of questions and they were always happy to help. The location is amazing! I cannot recommend it enough. Excellent food, lovely streets to explore and not too noisy at night. I loved our bonus of having a tiny balcony!
