Can't find anything to comment on negatively. Everything was perfect for me.

The appartment is located in a quiet area, 900m from everything, the staff is very nice and helping, the room i got was realy comfortable with a porch outside, a TV, an air conditioner and a small fridge. I realy enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back and stay again!

The air conditioner blew cold air on us directly in bed. Normally you can adjust the plastic flap so that it won't do that, but that did not work because the plastic was broken. Fortunately it was cool outside at night so we just turned off the air conditioner. But it should be fixed soon.

The TV wasn't run by remote control so had to get up to turn on/off and for volume. No reading lamp just a lava lamp.

Staff on site didn’t speak English. I asked for directions and no one could help. This place has so much potential but they need to hire someone else. Also provide options for restaurants, supermarkets , even a map would be extremely helpful.

The Villa it’s beautiful and updated. The bedroom on the third floor was spacious and comfortable. Shared bathroom always clean . Common areas are nice. The pool was great .

Property was a bit of a hike from the main drag and bus station of Eilat, 20-25 minutes.

I stayed two nights in the economy double room with shared bathroom. The bedroom was a good sized. It was fully equipped with cable tv, refrigerator and a/c. It had a view of the swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable and I had restful sleeps during my stay. The room was clean. The shared bathroom was clean. I did not use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. There were plenty of places to lounge on the property outside of the house which is nice.

Communicating with the staff was quite challenging, as the girl who was there most of the time, didn´t speak English. That made communicating quite complicated. This girl couple of times found smoking in the garden. There were also often times when there was no staff at all to be found in the hotel, even at daytime. I took an arranged tour to Petra one morning, and really panicked, as the front door was locked and it couldn´t be opened from inside. So I couldn´t get our of the building. Finally I started shouting "please someone help" for many times, but no one answered. So obviously no one from the staff is in the hotel during nights and mornings (that was at 7.15). It felt really weird. I finally got out from the door that leads to the pool and got to the tour on time. This incident still freaked me out. What if there would be fire in the hotel and not only the front door but also the door to the pool would the locked?

The hotel is clean and nice and it feels new. The common kitchen is well equipped.

Very easy and comfortable, nothing not to like.

Very comfortable place to stay! Large spaces, cool and breezy, lovely to relax by the pool overlooking the mountains. Clean and well-equipped communal kitchen. Ample space, all other guests very respectable and easy to feel like you had your privacy in this guesthouse. I stayed overnight before a Jordan tour but would return someday to visit the diving sites, worth a visit!

There were two beds in the room: one double bed was comfortable; the other was an opened sofa and wasn't so comfortable and did not meet our expectations

We stayed in the 4-people room, with a private bathroom. The room was spacious, super clean with a nice small balcony with a great view! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay there.

I liked the garden outside and the place to sit and chill with friends. Kitchen had a lot of things to use for cooking so it was a bonus. Both room and the bathroom were very clean.

Before arriving you are advised to let them know when you are arriving through Whatsapp. It is difficult to give you arrival time when you rely on buses to get you to a destination. When I was travelling, we were held up due to Israeli anti government demonstrations on the highway. The main gate code is whatsapped to you. What I didn't realise is that the code changes everyday. I am on holiday and I DON'T stay connected to the internet 24/7. It's why I travel. No tech. When I came back in the afternoon, the code I had, didn't work. I had to climb over the wall and once inside, WiFi enabled, I got a message giving me the new code, haha. No big problem though :)

It was a hostel/hotel that felt like you were in a very large house. It was great. Most communication was done through Whatsapp as it seems the staff are there for a couple of hours in the morning for cleaning. I met 2 very nice ladies, Natalie and Lena who work there. The location is good and the amenities also good. A big kitchen with everything you need. A pool, a lounging deck area and a garden. It felt very homely and was really clean. I would make this my hotel next time I visit.

Unfortunately the pool was out of action, not a massive problem as the sea was a nice temperature to swim in, but disappointing as that was one of the features that drew me to stay the property.

Good value, and a nicely decorated property. AC worked well, something to appreciate in Eilat. Comfortable and clean. Lots of outside seating with a thoughtful amount of shading. About a 15 min walk to the beach down a hill, unfortunately outside the Lime electric scooters' range, but not to bad to get around on foot. Lime scooters are about 10 mins away and you can ride them to the snorkelling shops and even the Taba crossing if you want to. They're great fun. Good restaurants all seem to be near the beach or just up the hill from there, I couldn't find anywhere close by, but not an issue for me as I wanted to walk around and sightsee anyway.

The room was clean, sheets and towels fresh. Shared bathroom but never felt uncomfortable or waiting in line, hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could use spices. Further from the center but the bus stop is close by , the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The service is nice and helpful.

it was my second staying there. the price is reasonable for the comfort you get. you are free -you san cook, rest, go everywhere, as everything is close. the people are nice. the hostess is kind and welcoming.
