the boards in the sauna resembled an abandoned toilet, crooked and peeling. It’s incredible that it can be brought to such a state. I have never seen such a miserable sauna in my life.

1. The spa did not impress. 2. An additional sum of 100 € was withdrawn without warning. The amount of additional sums is not specified in the description of the hotel. At the reception, they explained that this is the insurance amount, which will be returned upon eviction. It was not returned to us upon eviction. We were waiting for a return to the map. In correspondence with the hotel, they promised to return in 2-3 days. Then they stopped answering at all. Only after contacting the Booking support service, the issue was resolved after 11 days!!!! The money was returned. The impression was spoiled and the vacation turned into solving financial issues ((. A tourist always +- plans his expenses and such considerable sums should be written in the description.

Great hotel, delicious food with large variety, all facilities, furniture, linen, finishes are in prestine condition, everything works without any defect. Great facilities, close to the beach, clean and pleasant smell.

The shower doesn't have a full enclosure that allows a water escape from the shower into the bathroom. A small tiny ants were found in the room on the walls.

It’s a little run down to be honest, could use a proper cleaning in common areas (like vacuum cleaning the hall way, the room was all clean!). Was a bit disappointing that you can’t have anything else but the buffet at night and luckily the guys from the lobby found a solution for me in the form of a pizza.

It’s a great location and they have their beds by the sea. The complementary spa is great as well, I had a very good massage! You get towels and bathrobes to enjoy the sea/spa area. Breakfast was really great, so many options so for everyone something. The staff was very friendly to me and they went the extra mile, you can just notice that they didn’t all have a hospitality training so the place could benefit from that.

We missed some information about buses. Before arrival I received too many emails and whatsapps which were a bit overwhelming. One of the multiple emails for the check in advance I was requested a deposit of 200 € which is something that I found unusual
