This is an old hotel with old decoration. The noise from the road at night is very loud. I had to use ear plug to sleep. The mattress was offside. Bath curtain couldnt stop from water to leak. Breakfast is poor. The price is to high for this standart.

Due to construction it was difficult for a taxi to approach. The taxi the hotel called way overcharged us and there was no meter option. Sometimes the service at the front desk was uninformed of things, or were very busy. I think you are understaffed and there was a conference when we were there.

Room was clean, although some drawer space would have been appreciated. The shelves in the closet were insufficient. There was room to include a small dresser of some sort. Breakfast was good.

The pool and other facilites were close during our stay because of undergoing renovations of the Hotel . I wish we could have used them during our stay. Maybe next time :(

Breakfast ends at 10, it would be nice if it was till 11. We asked in the phone if we’ll be able to stay till 2, they said yes. We asked again at the desk and they said to ask in the morning, but they gave us a free upgrade. In the morning we asked at desk if we can stay and they said that since we were upgraded they need the room. So don’t upgrade us and let us stay. We are very upset they didn’t tell us in advance, we would appreciate the accommodation of having a later check out, much more than the upgrade.

The location is very good. Breakfast was good too. (Maybe pancakes, or fresh scrambled eggs)

stayed there many times. Now the facilities are being redone. No pool. No spa. No hotel parking. Rooms not as kept up. safe did not operate. A/C did not work. Scalding hot water in the shower or ice cold. Adequate breakfast. I stayed there twice on this trip. First time the room was better. Second time not satisfactory. Location-great room price-a bargain in Jerusalem.

The bed was comfortable

I did not have breakfast as it was out ragiously expensive and what I saw definately was not value for money. I had interaction with four staff members and not one smiled!!!! Access from the carpark up the stairs was exceedingly dificult especially being watch by the night porter having a smoke. No ramp up to the lift level was again an undignified haul on my part. I certainly would not recomment this hotel.
