Its virtues are its vice. It is fine for the below but it is not a destination and not a hotel in the sense I regard them but to be fair I was not looking for one. While outside it does have hammocks and a jacuzzi - never saw anyone though - artificial grass is certainly a turn off for me. As said below,, completely fine as a place to lay one's head but that is it.

This is a good place to lay your head and great for someone with a local work project. For us it had a perfect location for us visiting relatives 100m away. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Beautiful property, very pleasant stay. We loved the Jacuzzi area, very relaxing. The place met out expectations and beyond. Very kind hostess allowing us to make changes in our reservation as per a family event, even though we chose a non modifiable type of reservation. We appreciate that.

A beautiful room, very well appointed with many modern touches, the term "luxury" in the name is earned! La Finca is in the "Old City", a few minutes walk to lots of cool restaurants and bars. It's also easy to catch a bus or taxi to other parts of the city.

very calming environment: the rooms, the yard - all very cosy and tend to calm you down. location in old city presumes it's quiet and peaceful, however, there is a plenty of bars and restaurants within couple minutes of walk. the team is awesome - friendly, helpful and flexible in terms of your stay. really great place to be!

I think it is important to clarify in your site and in BOOKING that there "IS NO RECEPTION" as it is like an "AIRBNB" THANK GOD we had wifi from the rental car company and could communicate with you guys, but if not, it would have been hard to go in... so just a tip, send this instructions prior "guest stays"

The room was big, pictures on BOOKING are real for this hotel! It is a beautiful, boutique hotel, that served it´s purpose for our stay, since we were traveling with a rented car... the room had everything in perfect conditions, really clean and beautifully arranged and decorated, It is perfect for friends traveling together or families, The store on the other side of the street was really good too, The bathroom was nice, but the shower spece a bit tight, Really comfortable beds and sofa bed, spacious and well thought distribution, also well done with the many windows it had for ventilation, Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, the outer machine for coffee, tea and fruits really nice! Parking space just outside the hotel was perfect!

We had a room for 3 persons. When we arrived the extra bed wasn’t prepared, but after a call someone came within 15mins and prepared everything and gave us chocolate to apologize. The second bed is not extremely comfortable but is OK. Also, the bathroom/toilet has a frosted transparent door which can make for awkward bathroom/shower visits if you share the room with a friend.

Our stay was really pleasant. The shower is great, the room is clean, includes a small fridge, airco, dark curtains and is pretty large. The communal facilities within the hotel include a cold/hot water machine, plenty of coffee, tea, fresh towels, a very large jacuzzi/small pool, hammocks in the shade, cookies, fresh apples and lemons. The staff is very accomodating, flexible, helpful and fast to communicate via whatsapp. The hotel is located in a street with very nice restaurants for breakfast or dinner, and a large bakery.

The property in is the old city of BeerSheva, which I really enjoyed for history and culture. It was a bit difficult to find a restaurant, but when we found one is was very good. We never got our TV figured out. I would be helpful to have written instructions for non-Hebrew speakers to know how to turn on the system and how to operate it .... and how to get the language switched to English. We had little time for TV, so it wasn't a real big deal for us, but maybe it would be for others. We could have contacted the owners for assistance, but chose not to.

The room was spacious and quiet. The coffee, tea, water, and apples provided were much appreciated. The bedding and linens were WONDERFUL! The large jacuzzi in the private garden was a real treat. I particularly appreciated the locked gate to the property and the code for the building door. It is a beautiful and well cared for property. We needed one hour extra before checking out, and were graciously granted that request. I look forward to visiting La Finca again.

A bit of a problem with the TV connected to wi fi which apparently is not strong enough. Owner is aware of the issue and I trust that he intends to look into it.

There's no elevator so I had to drag my heavy suitcase to the 2nd floor. The view from the windows was to utility roof. There was no place open in the city to have an early breakfast.
