The kettle was an old plastic, burnt inside thing that made the water taste awful. We could have used a pan to boil the water, but there were only two very big pans. The washing machine was clean and looked new, but had plenty of glitches.

Amazing location, the apartment is spacy, light, and very airy, even on the very hot days we barely used AC. There is a lot of storage room, a separate entrance hall, a nice balcony.

My only criticism is, it is not clearly sign posted. I arrived late, and on first arrival I was unsure if I had the right place.

Great room, great location. I would definitely stay here again. Ronan was very easy to communicate with via whatsapp if I had any queries. He let me leave my bag in a safe place when I had checked out. Thanks Ronan for being so helpful.

The building is old, but it's not a big deal because all the areas inside the building are clean and safe.

The apartment is located right on the beach. The apartment has a large balcony with a sea view. The apartment is well-equipped with appliances. The host is very responsive.

kitchen was just at the outside terrace and we missed some utensils such as a sharp knife, Bat Yam is far away from the city centre to walk, you have to use bus or taxi

Large,spacious, clean, accessible to restaurants, what we would call C- stores. Beaches, surfing and paddle board rentals ,o yea canoes for the sea rowing!

Returning from a previous stay . For traveling purposes in Israel, this is the best for the money.

There were no Instructions for using the various devices - aircon, hot water, washing machine etc. Mostly intuitive, but instructions would have been useful. Plenty of cupboards, but no long hanging space in master bedroom.

Great View from the balcony. Lots of kitchen essentials supplied - or left by previous renters (e.g. condiments, spices, bottles of water in fridge, some nespress:o capsules etc) . Bedrooms are a good size.

Some dishes were missing (small bowls for cornflakes), but that is a small issue, we managed to find a shop nearby and bought them for a cheap price (Stock).

This place is a good value for money. The host Ronen was very helpful and attentive to our requests. The location is ideal, near the sea and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The penthouse got lots of space, it is comfortable, and got a spacious kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private parking space.

It was a bit of a struggle to get the shower to come on without being scalding hot (the thermostat valve handle had to be turned more than one full turn, and there were no instructions at the premises). There were also ants coming from somewhere.

There was good air conditioning and a comfy bed.

READ IT! We are not really sensitive, but this apartment has the worst noise insulation we ever experienced. You can hear everything (sea, traffic, neighbors' farts, construction noise) happening outside or in other apartments. There is no chance to get a proper sleep in this apartment without earplugs. This constant noise at any time was an absolute horror. We wouldn't book this place again.

The location and the view are great. The room was clean. The host is friendly and responsive.
