The rooms are the smallest we've ever been in. The jacuzzi jets sprayed dirt and the toilet didn't work well. There are curtains around the bathroom which take up place there is really none to spare.

The beds are confortable and the location is great, once you find a parking. The parking options on Saturday are limited and there was no answer at the reception.

The bedsheets smelled washed but were not spotless and had couple of dirty stains, overall feeling of tear and wear and room not taken care of like the dust on lamps, and other items, the welcome booklet was on the wrong page which made me miss out on important info, the shower head missed 2 spikey plastice nails and others didnt work (happens coz of unused shower head) , the water overflowed out of the shower, the rug had a stain and the corner of it was brokenly bent, outside view consisted of a construction site of 2 very tall buildings (noise)

Beautiful interior design, kingsize bed, size and quality of tv was okaish, big toilet and shower, size of room was perfect, little fridge very useful

The clear bathroom with the clear curtains, it would be nicer to do a heads up on that before booking the room and stayed there for 3 days but our room wasn't cleaned once.

The location was really good I liked it the most, nice hotel and facilities.

I came with my son and asked before we came to separate the beds but they did not. when we arrived and I saw the two singles with one sheet, made like a double bed, I asked they send someone to change it. they say they did not have anyone to send. I thought I would find extra sheets in the room but there wasnt. by that time there was no one to ask for sheets downstairs. we slept very very poorly. turned a nice night into a nightmare.

The location is perfect: on Jaffa, the most important street in the city. It’s also half a block from the bars and best restaurants. Walking to the old city is about 20 minutes. There is a tram to get there faster, too.

There is construction work next door, but you're warned about it before you book and unless you want a long lie in in the mornings it's not a problem (just bring some earplugs if you do want a lie-in).

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms with very good beds. I had an urban room which was fine, although had an oddly small window. I was there as the 2023 war kicked off and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, they provided stellar service, thank you!

No breakfast, if you are disabled like me on Shabbat forget about breakfast that is available at another hotel. Reception couldn't answer alot of questions like nearest laundry. No laundry at the hotel. or where Sheruts are located. The jacuzzis always taken, also not handicapped friendly since you need to walk up stairs to get to where the lounge chairs are. Bathroom garbage can wasn't emptied for 3 days. When I took out the soda tray in the refrigerator to put in medicine there was alot of mold there. Construction by the hotel but if you wake early 8am it doesn't disturb your sleep. Taxi can't pull up to the hotel

Location was next to the Shuk, do visit it at night, bars and restaurants are open. Bed and blanket were comfortable

The breakfast is not inside the hotel, you have to go to some different place. I booked a "classic room" because Booking said that it would have "City views". Instead, I had a view from the first floor of the building site!

The location is perfect. There is a market nearby, a few cafes and restaurants, and the old city centre is not too far. The room was clean and the design was enjoyable!

I didn't like that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. I didn't like that there were teenagers making a ton of noise in the middle of the night - slamming and banging on doors and there was no way for me to contact the front desk and I did not feel safe going outside of my room.

Construction near the hotel ruined an idea of this place. Dirty drops of cement on everywhere around the hotel. VERY loudly from 6 AM until 8 PM. Only 1 cleaning for 4 days is inappropriate. And what cleaning, just renew a towels, no real cleaning. They didn't even vacuum or wipe off the dust. Spa zone on the roof doesn’t work because NOISE from construction destroying the vibe and no enjoy there.

Funky hotel with beautiful rooms and amazing staff right next to the Machne Yehuda. We were upgraded for free by the wonderful staff and had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony.

I think the general attitude was not very friendly and the rooms were never cleaned very well. The room was also ver dark with little natural light coming in.

The tub in my room didn’t work (no bubbles) and the tubs were also dirty both in my room and on the rooftop. The other surfaces in the rooftop area were also dirty. The property advertises that it has laundry services (mentioned here on Booking.com, on the pamphlet in the room, and there is also a laundry bag in your room that they say can be taken to the reception), however when asked the reception is confused and says they do not have laundry services. Disappointed in this because I chose Brown above a cheaper option due to the purported laundry services. It’s difficult to find your way around the place because the hallways are incredibly dark and everything is black. The elevators have information on which floors the gym, rooftop and spa areas are on, but other than that there are no signs on the floors to guide you to them, so you have to try out the doors and accidentally find yourself in the cleaners’ quarters a couple times before you find the right door. Rooms are a bit cramped but that wasn’t the biggest problem for me as I travelled alone, however if I was with a partner we would have been very tight on space. There is a loud construction site right next to the hotel and you get a view of the action when resting on the rooftop - probably can’t be helped until the work is done but it’s not pleasant.

Great location with good access to the light rail and other transport options. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were tasty. The complimentary wine bottle in the room was a wonderful surprise. Nice lighting and interior design in the room. The rooftop is a good location for tanning. Staff were pleasant and responded to problems quickly.
