Unfortunately, it was not so clean at the territory and also I had minor problems with air conditioning (the heat mode didn’t work properly) and one evening it was only hot water in the sink faucet.

It was lovely with multiple separate units with private entrances . Our room has very large private patio with lounge chairs, a lovely area to relax. Easy Access to beach right next to hotel with sandy area and lounge chairs . Food was excellent and staff very amiable and cooperative.. Definitely a favorite for future.

Would like more privacy; ability to let in sunlight without compromising privacy.

The location and breakfast were excellent. Our room was right next to the pool and if we opened any curtain we would have no privacy. Room is small but comfortable.

Reception welcome was quite abrupt compared to other hotels we visited in Israel, and some of the reception and maintenance staff rather rude.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the Dead Sea beach. Lovely promenade for an evening stroll. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Dinner buffet was excellent and really appreciated the traditional live music afterwards. Unpretentious and authentic feel despite the Greek-style decor.

Next to the door to enter room 304 there is a bit of a step drop of about 1 foot height. Travelling with a 3 year old made me very uneasy as I think a small child or an elderly person could easily misstep and fall. Another thing to watch for is in the children's pool the devices that put out a water current or bubbles (I'm not sure what they do) they are plastic and sharp and they protrude. It is worth mentioning my son doesn't know how to swim so he wasn't alone he was with three adults inside with him playing all the time and he cut himself on this. So did I and my mother so it wasn't just him not being careful. (thankfully it wasn't anything serious but it is worth noting) I did mention it to the staff and they seemed to be interested in fixing it.

The place is truly beautiful, the pools are large, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is massively varied and their coffee is great. The check in guy was quite helpful. The water pressure was fantastic and great heating as well. The only thing I regret was not having a longer stay.

The indoor pools were very noisy when there were more than a few people. It is an area where you want to relax, but realize this is difficult to contain.

Breakfast was plentiful with big choice of food. Room was very comfortable and we really like the setting of the hotel. It has a more fun environment than most other hotels at the Dead Sea.

A bit mass tourism but was expected, rooms not totally modern but were fine.

Location doesn’t get any better. The spa area was nice (although full) and amazing breakfast.

I agree with other reviews that food could be of better quality, bearing in mind that the Hotel is rather expensive.

Hotel is right on the Dead Sea, a very convenient location. The indoor Spa facilities are great.

Shaksuka should have been warm, and the herring and fish was okay but nothing special.

The breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from and very tasty.

There was a cockroach in my room. There was a tag in a towel. There wasn't food to eat during Shabbat. I think this not a Jewish religious hotel; it couldn't be like this.

Location. Near the beach. Beautiful place.
