The room is not as shown in the pictures. Small with a moist smell. The parking costs us 140 ₪ for less then 24 hours.

The location is good near the center.

The air condition was not clean. Even the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not clean and noisy.

Building work in other parts of the building meant a layer of dust in lifts and foyer ... but the rooms remained clean.

Peter was welcoming, available and helpful throughout. The room was clean, very comfortable and great value for money. The location was so good-5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the market, a really vibrant part of town.

We missed our flight and didn’t want to splurge on an expensive hotel, so we chose this place for the lower price. Location is good, close to the beach. Staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful.

The room itself was mostly okay, although the building is a little scary. The room could use some extra cleaning (especially the AC) and they left a cup of tea there for a week (it was there when we arrived and they didn't take it later even though they came to clean the room. ). A little overpriced but I guess that's because of the city.

The room was super small and the bathroom even smaller. Skirting boards missing, shower drain cover too - but this is nothing else than simply Tel Aviv budget hotel standard! The wifi was not working at all for us, no range at all in the room, but as we stayed one night only, we didn't insist. The entrance to the hotel is rather awful, do not get scared!

Location is great, central and close to the beach. AC working. The staff was... a bit Israeli style ;) but friendly and helpful, solved issues at the check in smoothly and let us check in earlier, also booked a taxi to the airport for us.

in 5 days, they cleaned the room on the first day only, didn’t change the towels. The wifi stop working on the second day, I message the hotel and they ask me to try to find another AP, but wasn’t working. The bathroom floor was always wet, since the first day, and the floor in the whole room was dirty. The hotel didn’t mentioned that public roadworks are running during the WHOLE night, every single day. Also, didn’t provided any earplug to help with it.

there is no reception! the owner of the hotel is never appeared , he told me the room number via phonecall! and idk why but he was superangry that I wanted to check in earlier… he didnt answer on whatsapp either! never seen this welcome before! the hotel is quite old. should be renovated. the room is okay for 1 or 2 night. but dont spend too much time there and dont book for more nights

Entrance hall downstairs terrible, thought it was a building site. Only 1 lift worked and even then the buttons did not light up when pressed. Carpets in the passages look like they need a good vacuum. Windows desperately need aclean. Fridge was filthy. The shoes rack/case rack covered in dust. Most of the street is boarded up due to road works. Nothing seemed to be happening on the weekdays we were there.

A bit run down property. But it woudl not hurt if someone vacuums even under the beds. It was not a good idea to look under this.

Smell of the cleaning chem (you get used to it in a minute, but in the beginning it hits you kind of hard).
