Air conditioning dripped and got a lot of our stuff wet and the floor had puddles. It took a long time to check in, because the email never came with our check in information. When we called, there were further technical delays for 15 minutes.

The facility was very Sabbath-friendly. Front door was not locked, and our individual room was accessed with a physical key, Clean and simple room. Reasonable price, and enough space for two vacationers. Shower was spacious and had a good shower head.

This isn't really a "hotel" but a room in a multi-story building with apartments and other "hotels" on different floors. The check-in process was difficult as everything is "self-service'' Took me over 30 min just to get the code for my room as you have to send in multiple documents etc to a third-party call center located offshore via your phone. What was worse was the elevator to the 2nd floor was "out of order" so I had to lug my heavy luggage up myself as there are no staff on hand. They make enough money this is just unacceptable! The room was small but adequate for one person, maybe two, depending on how you travel. I had a large luggage and there was no room for it to be opened. The area was wonderful, a nice cafe just next door and a 10 min walk to the beach.

The elevator does not work to the floor of rented apartments. It was often hard to get warm water in the shower.

Location is great, next to the city center and beaches, but also relatively quiet. The apartment is renovated and has most of what is needed (including soap, shampoo, dishes for having light meals, etc). The communication with the host was smooth and pleasant.

I didn’t like that we had a very stressful time checking in due to poor communication and a lack of staff. Looked different to advertised.

Rooms were too small, but I think its in relation with the price you pay for such a popular area.

The location is amazing if you are looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of the night life activities. Also close enough to the beach.

The photos on the website are quite misleading - in reality I would describe the rooms as in “reasonable condition”. Don’t come expecting luxury (other than bedding which as I said was good). The virtual reception and online check in was also a faff to be honest (but not the end of the world if it’s genuinely keeping the prices down).

The location is excellent - central but peaceful side street with lots of fab restaurants and cafes all within walking distance; clean comfortable bedding and decent air conditioning (needed some nights even in April!).

the checkout policy on booking is not accurate at all, after booking you discover via a message that the checkout time is 10am and not 00:00 as listed in the listing. also seems like the 24/7 phone line isn’t quite 24/7, when I tried to call right after booking, the automated call menu just ended the call after waiting for around 5 minutes in the queue.

There are two notable downsides to this accommodation. The first one, unaccounted for in their presentation as far as I could see, is that once you land, as a foreigner, you’ll immediately need to send them a snapshot of the arrival slip , it is only then that they’ll send you entry codes to the house, regardless that you have already paid for the accommodation. The reasoning given is some tax issue, but I'm sure this could be handled in a less cumbersome manner. More importantly though, the accommodation has very thin walls. I could well hear when the TV was on in the next room, and I didn’t have the impression that it was even on loudly. If somebody was talking in the other room, I could more or less follow their conversation.

Location, location, location. The place is situated straight in the buzz, everything is close by, yet the accommodation itself lies at a quiet sidestreet in very pleasant surroundings. The seaside is at (somewhat) walkable distance as well. It's as good as it gets.

Paper thin walls. Everything could be heard from the other apartments. The entry door to the corridor slams very hard, maybe there should be a notice to let it close slowly. The apartments were a bit run down, however it seemed like some of the apartments were being painted and renovated. It would have been nice to have more coffee capsules (there were only 3 for the entire week we stayed and were not given more). There was some ground coffee but no machine nor filter to prepare it. It would be nice to have a later check out (check out is at 10 am).

Very good location. The people managing the booking could be contacted through the booking messages and were very friendly and nice. Apartment is close to a variety of restaurants, places to hang out, and to go for desserts. Close to bus stops and central location which is very convenient.
