Communal areas pretty clean, but corridors, carpets, outside space really kind of dirty.

Staff was not that friendly but very helpful and eager to do everything to help you and solve any issues My shower did not work for example, staff at the reception had the issue solved in a matter of minutes It was a bit old and run down but for Israel standards it was very cheap Breakfast was great

Booking.com They offered the deal forthe dates I requested at 600 NIS at first, at 449 NIS the following day and at 344 NIS on the following day. All for THE SAME TYPE ROOM, AND FOR RHE SAME DATES. I won't trust their site again.

dirty-I guest no one clean the room prepared for us. they just changed the linens. dust everywhere. it is advertized 5 star cleanliness but actually its the opposite. My family actually transferred to other hotel.

not so clean, room was quite dark - there was only one small window in the room, wi-fi was very poor, especially in the evening.

The receptionist supposedly gave us an upgrade but we had doubts about, not sure about the room itself, but were supposed to have pool view and we got one with a view to the dirty and noisy street, but anyways, we didn’t want to deal with that as we were staying only for 3 nights and most of the time were we were out… I suggest you check both rooms if they “give you an upgrade”. We asked not to clean our room, meaning we didn’t want anyone entering our room during our stay and they didn’t 1 day and on the next 1 they still to make the bed. No Do Not Disturb hangers available. The pool was closed although it was ~30 degrees.

The hotel service was a slight disappointment. She made it clear that we were not welcome here. Bad feeling. An advance paid from a payment card (blocking transaction) which was not returned even after two weeks.

The room was beautiful, clean and cozy. We loved it here. Hot water was always running. Fridge, kettle. Comfortable bed. Small terrace with seating. At the hotel reception, you can have coffee (from a coffee machine) and clean water. Breakfast very good. We did not visit the pool in the winter. Overall satisfaction with housing.

All over the hotel was dirty and not renovated since very long. Acceptable for 1-2 nights.

very run down, the lobby is beautiful and gives you a false sense of what your room will look like, we were told that we had received an upgrade.. if this was an upgrade I’d hate to see what the other rooms look like. no light in the bathroom, there is a microwave and kettle but no cups or cutlery/ bowls/ plates. The bed had dirty marks on it and the room over all needs updating as there is a lot of cracks in the floors etc. very noisy at night too, it seems the bins may be emptied outside our room every night at 4am.
