The kitchen was kind of clean and the bathroom floor was clean but the shower toilet and mirror hadn't been cleaned. After a long trip the last thing we wanted to do is clean someone elses hair out for the shower drain. They did come and give us some spray and a cloth to clean. The shower head fell on me as I showered looked like it was broken and had been glued on. It would have been less stressful for us if the access instructions were given before hand. They just kept saying we'll tell you when you get here. We stayed in 4 places this trip they all gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment the day before and the payment was handled by booking( no problem with my credit card) where as this apartment dealt with the booking themselves, and they had trouble with my credit card so I had to worry about that while traveling.

It was big. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and they had shutters that shut out the light and noise from the city. The actual location surroundings are a bit ugly but it's a 2 minute walk from the port. The restaurant in front was also delicious and highly rated on Google. We ate there twice. The location was good to explore the surrounding area. The couple were very friendly.

The apartment was in a building with other commercial properties, so finding our way to the unit itself was a little confusing. It was a walk-up (no elevator), so potential guests should be aware of that.

The property was as described and fit our needs well. I would stay there again.

The host charged my credit card with my home country currency, no Israel shekel, it made me pay lLS25 more! It is said in booking.com that the owner will charge ILS, Never anyone will charge other currencies !

All was good

This is a great location, close to the water, banks, food, and grocery stores. There is parking next to the building but it is crowded. The apartment was great, with plenty of space, a really good sized kitchen with full sized fridge, spices,oil, a nice, comfortable bed and lots of closet space. The bathroom was good with great shower pressure and lots of hot water. The internet was super fast and we’re were constantly in communication with Danny. We spent 5 days as a home base to explore the Galilee region. We definitely recommend this place. We had a great time.

We loved how close the apartment was to the bus station, markets, and proximity to the Sea of Galilee. Everything we could want to do inside of Tiberias was easily walkable for us from the apartment! We also loved how many amenities were in the apartment, everything you need to make your own coffee in the morning and a kitchen to do cooking. Small refrigerator, hair dryer, great AC, awesome hot water and shower. It felt very safe, three locking doors separate the apartment from the street. And lastly, our apartment was super dark for excellent sleeping conditions - which my husband really enjoyed!

There was an overwhelming smell of Febreze or something similar when we came in. So overwhelming that we wanted to open the window and let it air out but it was over 100F and we had to decide between AC and smell or window and less smell.

The room was ready and the AC was on. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to everything that we did in the city. Was also relatively quiet.

Small things that could made it perfect. The free parking is great but the parking itself is messy to say the least, the building itself doesn’t look great and the pass code to enter should change every now and then as the numbers are even blurred from use

The room is huge and has everything you need, including a kitchen you can take advantage from. Overall is very clean, offers free water as they have a water dispenser in the hall accessible for all rooms. The owner wasn’t there but contacted through WhatsApp and provided all info needed. There is a dirt parking near by where you can park for free

The apartment’s location was excellent since it was next to the bus station. Dani, the host, was always very attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The apartment itself had just enough and what was necessary.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Danny was friendly and helpful and available for questions at all times. We especially enjoyed the nice coffee machine with the milk frother!
