Everything. Phenomenal location and camp. Don't come if you don't like camping, but if you do enjoy the outdoors you will love it. The whole camp was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The manager was fantastically hospitable, dropping us at the bus stop when required.

The zipper of our tent didn't close properly at some point and might need fixing. Because we came in the summer, July period, the day time is unbearably hot, 44°,despite the air condition.

The toilets and shower area are very clean and well maintained. Staff are kind and helpful generally. Good moutain view. it is a good experience camping out in the desert 🏜

it was all magic! just the little dead flies on the border of the bed but hey it’s camping in high class so trully loved everything about being there.

everything about Tranquilo is so wonderful! it’s a local owned beautiful nature glamping with incredible views and energy! they were super helpful and I loved every moment there! a true unique wonderful experience!

Wi-Fi was out which would have been nice to have

It was a beautiful campsite with amazing views of the Dead Sea and the stars shone brightly in the night. Lots of hammocks and cozy places to sit and view the stars at night. Highly recommend for a nice getaway and time out on nature without feeling like you’re “roughing it”’

The safari tents are in front of the fence which encloses the kibbutz of Mitspe Shalem, with a street light all the night so in the night it's not so dark. We were unlucky that there was loud music until 3am because there's a disco in the town.

We loved the vibes of the places, very quiet and chilled. We were the only tourists to get there, apart from us there were many israeli families with children. We stayed in the safari tents (private with shared bathroom) which is charming, with a small courtyard by itself with a pond and a swing. It's great also if you want to bring your own food/beers because you have one private fridge and a shared kitchen (also a small private sink close to the toilet).

If you are a little sound sensitive, be mindful that from the Lotus tents under certain winds you do hear the zooming noises from the generators from the chicken factory down the road. You do not smell anything though! Just bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. It's minor though, we would 100% return and recommend this place for families.

The views are stunning, staff friendly, tents really nicely placed on the terrain and the breakfast and coffee from the bar is so worth it! The shower is really good too, and we loved the cute toiletries and the hammocks on site. We made a campfire (wood can be bought at the cafe) in the evening and got up early to see the sun rise, wonderful experience.

I would definitely recommend this host and this place! Such a nice glamping area. We loved how the host met us and the check in went very smoothly. He gave us tips on where to go and park as we were new to the location. They provide all necessities. They were polite And welcoming. You can see the sunrise from that place and see the dead sea. There's a kitchen with refrigerators if you wanna cook or there is a bar where you can order breakfast. There are lots of chairs and booths to sit on and enjoy the view. They provide towels and linens. The tents are equipped with air conditioners just as described on the web site. Have with the choice!!!

Public kitchen can have some better equipment for use.

Tranquillo is an awesome camping site + glamping with a very comfort and well maintained facilities. We've enjoyed our stay a lot and like having trips and viewing the surroundings. This is not a top tier hotel, this is a camping site so if you come with the right expectations you will enjoy the place for sure.

very clean tent. Clean bed linen. Clean, silent and efficient AC/heating device. I was worried, that it would be cold in the tent (mid Feb), but in fact it was super warm during the night and the heating was not even needed. Clean bathrooms/showers. Kitchen area for shared use. Nice grocery nearby the camp. the Camp is small, just few tents. it is really comfortable, nice stay.
