The breakfast items were poor compared to the high cost of the night, which I don't think was worth it. I also didn't like the room service staff because I asked for water when I arrived at the hotel, but they never brought it. The bathroom was awful, and the water didn't drain easily.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The room space is more than good; the furniture is quite good and modern.

I had issues with AC and Wifi on the 1st two days and then they changed the room and then things were better

While my overall experience at the hotel was amazing, there were a few areas for improvement: Door lock issue: I encountered a problem with the door lock in my room, which required assistance from the staff. Elevator maintenance: The elevator seemed to be in need of serious maintenance, resulting in delays and longer wait times. Breakfast quality: The breakfast didn't meet the same level of excellence as the other aspects of my stay, and could be improved in terms of variety and quality. Despite these minor issues, the exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities outweighed these concerns. I still highly recommend this hotel, and with these improvements, it has the potential to provide an even more exceptional experience for future guests.

The hotel is very clean, the room service is very good. The staf was amazing and helpful, spciealy Khalid and Safa, at the reciption. The breakfast is good, the location of the hotel is good, you can get a taxi very easily. And there is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the place.

Visitors and residents are smoking in the lobby and the dining hall, I believe the hotel administration can coming out with some kind of ideas to deal with this issue.

The hotel is comfy and clean, the staff were welcoming, friendly and corporative, especially the receptionistes. They were always checking if there is anything they can do to make your staying more comfortable.

The location was not the best if you want to explore downtown.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The facilities were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel was flexible with check-in time which was very nice. The prices were reasonable but on the high side for the area. The wifi was good but frequent power outages in the city can make video calls difficult
