Location was a little far from the centre and the road outside was quite busy, meaning that I was briefly woken by horns beeping after midnight (I'm a light sleeper though, and otherwise I slept well)

Comfortable room, nicely decorated and clean. Good shower and AC. Lovely staff, particularly Gullan and Suhaib on reception who looked after us. Great breakfast.

‏he staff were very excellent and their morals were good, they were very cooperative. I would especially mention for Gullan and Suhaib . I recommend this hotel, for its location , cleanliness , its staff and service . The only point is the there are some noise of the cars movement in the street so the windows need further isolation from the noise .

Most outlets where not multipurpose, but staff provided converters free of charge.

Food available at the Copthorne is top of the line. Furthermore, it is located close to many important locations, and yet far enough from traffic to be quiet at night time. Gullan, Suhaib, and all the staff were helpful and courteous.

Spacious rooms , perfect location , clean rooms and amenities, suhaib helps me at any time I need anything, Mr. Ari at reception desk was cooperative and made free upgrade to me so thanks alot, Highly recommended if u need quite and relaxing stay
