Very helpful host! Great located place and well equipped apartments. Hot tube and pool for the other side of the road. I can higly recommend that place to stop during the west fjords tour.

The entire place looks amazing, it has a nice common space, great kitchen, great view, a hot spring bath right over the street. The atmosphere overall feels relaxed and you feel like home and very welcome.

The unit (which was one of four attached) was clean, comfortable and in a great location near Flokalundur & opposite a hot spring near the edge of the fjord.

There is only 1 shower, which can be annoying when the guesthouse is at its full capacity

The guesthouse has a fantastic kitchen super equipped, with a very large area to eat. Very modern but at the same time cozy, super clean with very nice rooms and comfy beds. We were the only guests as it was the last day of the season and the owner upgraded us with two rooms instead of one. Very appreciated :) There is also a natural hot spring not so far from the guesthouse that you can use.

Very nice small apartment just in front of the sea. There are 2 bedroom, living room and a bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen has all the essentials. Very nice location.

There was nothing we did not like about this stay. We were reluctant to leave when our time was up.

The host was unusually helpful and friendly; he suggested wonderful drives, dining, and destinations. The guesthouse was immaculate and the kitchen well appointed with cooking and storage facilities. The setting was extremely beautiful and peaceful. This guesthouse is a great value for the money.

The guest house was super clean! Rognvaldur was very accommodating and suggested great places for us to visit. The view from our room and the dining area were spectacular! And sitting in the hot tub next to the sea watching the Northern Lights was purely magical. We’re so glad that we were fortunate enough to get to spend time in this slice of heaven!

It would have been nice to know that using the hot tub costs 1700 ISK per person instead of getting caught off guard when approached by the unhappy caretakers.

Rognvaldur was extremely nice and easy going. He came by to greet us and best of all to let us know when the auroras were out. The apartment was AMAZING! It had all the basic necessities and was perfect if you do not plan on cooking an elaborated meal. We loved that there was a hot pot right across the street. The apartment was easy to find and while far away from everything it was also close to where you need to get to. The bathroom was great and everything was clean and newly looking. Linens and towels were fresh. Beds were comfortable. Huge windows to look outside.

Having only 1 shower could be problematic but it was fine for us. We showered late at night after we used the hot spring across the street.

The host was so welcoming and funny. He also made sure to answer any questions and gave us tips for our next days trip. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen that everyone could use and plenty of seating. We stayed here as we came up from snaellfus peninsula and worked our way north to the Westjfords.

It will be better if the garbage are classified for eco-friendly purposes. Besides, it should be cleared every day. The kitchen towels should be changed every day too. Two toilets are not enough when the house is full of guests.

The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Dining room and sitting room are very comfortable and provide home-feel. The place is dry and clean.

Everything was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Extremely clean place. Everything is brand new. We had an amazing helpful and funny host, he replies immediately and sended us lots of updates about auroras, weather, etc. A modern and fully equipped guestroom with large kitchen, common and dinning area, living room area with boardgames, puzzles and extra comfy couches. Amenities and facilities are top notch. The guesthouse also has huge windows with the best views to the ocean. We slept really well. There is also a natural hot pool and hot tub right in front of the place, which is a nice vacation addition.

It was a good spot to stay at the entrance of the Westfjord. Quiet and easy to access. The hidden pool and spa across the streets are a must!

I liked everything. Nothing negative to add.

The whole house is very nice decorated and everything is clean. The bathrooms are nice and new. The owner is very nice and relaxed. We felt very quickly very welcomed in the house. Plus coffee is free. :-). It was the best accommodation in Iceland for us (we were 2 weeks in Iceland).

Everything was great. Full apartment/cabin with everything you will need. Met the owners, they are great hosts. It was a perfect stay that ended with the Northern Lights in the summer.
