The light in the kitchen (above the kitchen working desk) didnť work. And there was no tea pot.

I was suprised, that there were basic kitchen ingredients available - such as tea, cofeee, sugar and flour.

Apartment is on the cosy side so don’t expect a huge amount of space. Location is fairly out of the center but this we knew before coming and hired a car accordingly. Something to consider for those who would be relying on public transport.

Best beds we’ve slept in for a long time. The apartment had everything you would need. The views of the mountains were stunning (get the apartment with view!!). Parking was never a problem.

Location is outside the city, to reach city center you need about 20 min by car, or around 60min with public transport. Toaster in the kitchen did not work. Bowls for cereals and bigger pot would have been useful to have, especially when 4 adults were staying for lomger time.

Apartment was bright and spacious, had a lot of storage space, big fridge, diswasher and oven. Hair dryer was available. Washing machine and dryer was avalable. Additional towels were avalable as well if needed without additional pay.

A great stay in Reykjavik. It would be a great choice if you are driving your car, the parking is free and it’s not far away from the city. The panorama view of the city and sky is amazing. The kitchen is a great plus. It’s nice to have a home welcoming feeling in a special city.

I do not remember anything I did not like.

I loved the apartment, and it had everything we needed. The view was great and it was very central for us because we had a car. On the other side of the street, there was the World Class gym, and my son went there for a workout and loved it. I went to the Osteo-strong and loved it. Recommend it.

Location wasn’t reachable by excursion/tour buses and required ~1h of traffic by public transport which does not work well and costs a lot

45mins from keflavik airport. Nearby Bonus supermarket. 30mins from Reykjavik city center. Huge windows with nice views of mountains and lake. Comfortable stay for a family of four.

The staff did not send me the information prior to my arrival. So when I got there, in the middle of a snow storm and trying to get into the building, it was stressful. But it eventually worked.
