The rooms were way too small. If I had bigger suitcases, I wouldn’t of liked it.

The rooms are tiny, we paid for an upgrade so can't imagine how small the other rooms are. The breakfast was limited in food choices

Really good location especially if looking to sign up to any tours as the drop off / pick up location is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff really friendly really nice rooms / facilities. Buffet was also good. Highly recommend

The location is a bit of a walk to the harbour and local shops etc. The breakfast needs to be varied and would have been nice to have a variation of hot food , instead of cold food for the duration .

The property is nice , rooms are nice and staff are very polite and accommodating.

Don't expect the size of the room. You can't even get a table in the room except for the bed. And the room was so poorly soundproofed that I could be woken up at least once every night by the sound of the next room opening and closing the door. The sound was so clear that it was as if someone else was opening the door to my room, so I had to sleep through the night worried.

Good location, five minutes walk to the ocean. The breakfast buffet was also good.

It didn't fit 2p in the bathroom. It was so narrow that to close the door you had to walk into the shower first. The beds where very much moving . There was a tiled floor and steel.legs so if one turned the bed moved

The rooms were sparse and the window less room was quite bleak, but it did the job for one night!

Simple. Did the job. Nothing fancy. We originally had one of the windowless rooms, which was really tiny and not a great spot. However, the door didn’t lock properly so they upgraded us to a “superior room” which was nicer, but nothing crazy. Just felt like a normal budget hotel room, I don’t think you could warrant the attachment of superior

The price was higher than other similar hotels. We stayed here because we were going to start a tour from the same hotel. We could have stayed at another hotel for less. Also, they get hundreds of students traveling and the lobby can get very busy.

We paid extra to be upgraded to a room with a window. This hotel has rooms with no windows. Our room was on the 7th floor which seems to be newly renovated. The room was clean ad beds were comfortable. The location was good for us because w like to walk. A few restaurants and cafes and a supermarket were within walking distance. Local bus stop is a few minutes outside the hotel and Flybus and Airport Direct have drop off and pick up from the hotel for an extra cost.

The way to the parking lot is narrow and hard to find. I booked a room with 2 beds but received a single bed room.
