    Great Location and Superb Apartment.

Excellent Apartment. Lots of room and enough seating for the whole group to sit down comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and utensils. Location was awesome, near all the sights and walking distance to almost everything. Very close to Bus Stop #9 where all the tour busses stopped. Even had a small balcony.

A good option for self catering in Rejkyavik.

This flat is above some restaurants and just on the edge of the downtown. It has a tiny bedroom and we found the place extremely hot with no way to cool it down in the bedroom. It didn't help to have just a duvet with no top sheet. We opened the windows on the balcony but then got loud street noise. We paid a large "cleaning fee" so did not appreciate instructions on emptying the garbage and sorting recycling in the basement!

It was easy to check in with the key code provided. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The beds are small singles but very comfortable.

One suggestion. Only a code is not enough for a visitor who does not know what a secure key box is. It took us a while to find a resident in that house who showed us how to open the box.

The apartment was really very nice and really corresponded to the Luxury category. We were very satisfied.

Perfect location for exploring Reykjavik, the street is pretty quiet, but close to the city center. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. The washing machine and dryer were a great plus after our ring road trip. Self check-in worked great.
