There was construction noise from next door into the evening but not the landlord’s fault at all and he did try to get them to stop at a decent hour.

The location was great, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook, beds were comfortable. Kristjan was easy to contact and communication was excellent.

Excellent location, quiet yet centrally located. Opposite to bus stop 9, a pick up point for tours. The apartment has everything, opposite to a 24/7 supermarket and next to a food hall.

Perfect place in a perfect location, I highly recommend it! The place is very clean and it has everything you need for your stay. The host made me feel comfortable, it really felt like I was talking to a friend. If you are planning a trip to Reykjavik this beautiful flat is a must! Very central and very modern, I loved it!

It was difficult to find free parking nearby but we enjoy walking so it was fine for us.

The apartment was perfect. In a great location and Kristján was kind enough to allow an early check in and a late check out. We had a group of 2 couples and it was perfect for our needs. We would recommend it.

Out of 4 days the ONLY thing I didn't get used to (note I did not say didn't like!) was the hot water aroma, but that is everywhere in Rekyavik, I suppose you'd get used to it eventually..... maybe. Apart from that minor, minor minor issue, the trip will go down as one of the best we've been on!

The apartment is in an excellent location, well equipped and soooooo toasty warm! The owner was super friendly and helpful, always replies withing a few minutes to any queries and made some excellent suggestions for food (the indian was a tad pricey though! ), trips and local sights. The accommodation was of a very high standard and all of the home comforts were present. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

I honestly can't think of anything we disliked about the apartment.

Excellent location, right on the main street in Reykjavik. A home from home. Comfortable beds, clean & tidy. Very warm and cosy. Kristján, the owner, provided a really good guide to the apartment & local area. He was also available to contact and supportive during our stay. We couldn't have been happier.

There is a problem with the toilet seat that made it a bit uncomfortable to use. The owner is aware and said it will be fixed.

Location was great. Close to the center and with many nice restaurants near the apartment. There is also a supermarket just in front of the place and free parking not too far away. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including washing machine and dryer. Host was very communicative and helpful.

The beds are relatively small for two people. Toilet seat did not fit on the toilet bowl and the rain shower head had some mold on the edge (there was a second shower head that was clean).

The apartment with a large living space and two small bedrooms is perfectly located at the beginning of Reykjavik's main shopping street. Nice restaurants nearby. Small (expensive) supermarket across the street. Kristján was always available and gives lots of helpful information. Wi-fi, washing machine and dryer available. What more could you want?

The apartment was in such a great location, and our host Kristján was so accommodating and communicative. He checked in on us to make sure we had accessed everything and also sent over a beautifully detailed document before we checked in so that we knew exactly where to park and what to expect. We spent several days in Reykjavík and sight-seeing at sites around Reykjanes and the Golden Circle, and this apartment was a fantastic central location. The apartment was bright and airy, well-equipped, and super comfortable for the four of us. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk from the church. It is easy to park a short distance from the apartment for free. There is a 24 hour market right across the street. The apartment is well equipped and has a washer and dryer. Rekyavik kitchen, around the corner is excellent.
