We were very kindly given a bigger cottage than the one I booked , and this one had a sauna and a hot tub which was brilliant. We enjoyed our stay , the surroundings were beautiful and being able to hear the nearby river was lovely.

Comfy beds and nice big living space. We arrived outside of the reception hours but were given access without issues and also were given an upgrade which was highly appreciated:)

We had to stay here as the roads were closed and we didn't get through to our original destination. the owners were very friendly but the cottage is a little old. the bed was confortable though.

City centre was not close, smell in the bathroom was not nice and couch in the living room was broken.

Nice houses, we got first a small house and asked to change and this was ok. There was no reception but we could call and they response quickly. Nice bed and close by nice restaurant. Beautiful view over the river.

* equipment is quite old and needs some renovations * hot tub needs some filtration system, there is a lot of mud coming with the water

Good size cabin with lounge and dining area, we stayed one night on our road trip. Hot tub was nice, the owner shows you how to fill it when you check in, doesn't take long.

Shower facilities were awful (shared with campground next door?), tiny mattresses (pushed together) - not really comfortable, cottage difficult to find after dark

New cottage, good heating & hot water, clean, equipped mini kitchen (but no supplies), basically quiet decent lighting, and porch/chairs for sitting

There was very little space for having so many beds in a cottage. The 'hottub/spa' was not filled and seemed like it might be broken. I understand if we wanted to use it we'd have to fill it, which is not something I typically see at other locations.

Having a kitchen was convenient. There were a ton of beds.

Beds were too small for half of our group. Bathroom could use some cleaning. The hot tub that was offered had an issue and you couldn’t close it to fill it up and use it.

The location is nice, right next to a river.

We got there early and could check in early which was amazing. Nice river running past the property. The cottage was basic but everything we needed!

HORRIBLE sulfur smell in the water. No directions for operating the sauna. Dirty lounge seating. Unclear check in. Have to call the number provided upon arrival.

VERY basic but suited our needs for one night. Clean sheets and towels.

The beds were really small. And the sheets were a little dirty. If you're a smaller human and don't have claustrophobia, you'll be fine.

The cottage is really well built. Includes hot tub and sauna.we didn't use either though. Location and scenery are really nice.

The blackout curtains aren’t total blackout (but this seems surprisingly typical at most hostels and guest cottages). Only provided a few hangers, so hanging stuff to dry (we were caught in a total downpour during the day) required some creativity. Limited kitchenware (e.g. no spatulas) so cooking was a bit challenging.

great guest cottages based on the space and set-up of the cottage, but final touches could use some improvement. The space was fantastic for a family of 4. The beds are quite skinny and a bit short, but comfortable.

Was missing some typical expected amenities. Didn't find any wi-fi available. No outlets in the bedroom. Nice hot tub on the deck but no water in it. Quite rustic cottage.

Great location. Lovely view over the river. Near gas station and convenience store. It was a good stop on our Ring Road tour. Good amount of space in the cottage. Nice ktichen.

The hob was not working and WiFi instructions were not accurate. There were no instructions for using the hot tub

Pillows were a bit flat, could maybe do with a choice of firmer ones.

Lauris (sorry if spelt wrong) on the desk was so helpful & friendly during check-in & helped us to fill the hot tub when we couldn't work it out :) hot tub was lush & we saw the northern lights!!

Never saw the owners or someone to see us. Only spoke once and it was a bit strange to get the key and cottage.

De price got a free upgrade so i aint complaning.
