The hot tubes could be cleaner and the heating of the water more accurate. One was too hot and the other too cold. The sauna was nice though.

It a lil too far from things but overall liked it for country side part of Iceland.

It was very pretty inside in the lobby and loved the hot tub and sauna. The people working here were also very kind.

The bacon could have been cooked a little more, but that was not a problem.

We met Haukur and had a pleasant conversation with him when we checked in. He was informative and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were many and very good.

The bed situation was not what we had booed. We booked two beds and instead they were fixed together as one. We had separate blankets though so it wasn’t awful. Secondly the hot tubs were very dirty. Other than that, everything was great!

Breakfast every morning was great! The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. It was a very peaceful country setting and we enjoyed watching the swans and even saw an artic fox!

The checkout is extremely early, at 10, which will make me hesitate to stay at this hotel again. For those who will leave early in the morning anyway, this hotel is an excellent choice!

The rooms are great and the surroundings also. Nice staff and breakfast was good. It is great to have access ti the hot tubs outside. Th location is very good. Out of the city but not too far.

Hot water for the shower: takes a long time to come hot, between 5 and 10 minutes, something to fix.

There were waffles! The breakfast is nice :-) There is a sauna and a hot tub at the back of the hotel. It is an amazing place to start your (counterclockwise) journey around Iceland. The first time we were here we saw northern lights in full strength.

Stuff was very helpful. Machine with coffee, tea, hot chocolate was available 24/7. Very nice touch was common area with two digital fireplaces.

Wonderful, unique property with a very inviting feel. There are several lounging areas and coffee,juice, water, and tea available all day. The staff was so helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are clean and simple. I absolutely would stay here again.

All great, just would have been even better if during check in the staff let you know of the code to enter the place after hours. I found it later, but it is not that obvious to see if you are tired from driving and jet lagged. Went out at night to try to catch the aurora but then was struggling to get back in. Lucky me other guests were out too who knew about the door code.

You could hear quite a lot through the doors which went onto the main corridor / communal rooms but didn’t impact our stay.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly, had a good breakfast and rooms were a good size. Used as a base to stop en route to east. Appreciated the hot drinks and snacks on arrival.

First of all the hospitality offered, we've been surrounded by a friendly atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. The veranda was incredible, with its comfortable sofas and silence and the spa area gave us a sense of connection to a wild and incredible nature.
