Free WIFI,but no information on password. I had to spend 33 minutes on the phone (not cheap) with Bookings.com to try to get them to find the password as the owner did not answer his phone. I needed the internet to check in for our return flight. No instructions on how to work the TV, and the washer and dryer were both filled with laundry, so unusable for us! That was one of the reasons I booked this apartment in the first place, so that was disappointing. Owner was very nice but he needs to leave instructions for using internet and TV and also needs to make sure the washer and dryer are available to use. Thankfully the girl hired to clean the unit was able to show us how to get the keys and open and lock the door correctly.

A very nice, clean spacious apartment. A small grocery store was right around the corner. Close to a bus hub, which would make it easy to get to places. We were only there 1 1/2 days, and we were gone on an 11 hour excursion the second day, so we didn’t have time to explore the area more. We did walk to the Perlan museum which had many great exhibits and was very interesting in learning about all the natural wonders of Iceland!

Great apartment with comfortable living space and bedroom. The kitchen had everything needed for a few days' stay. The location is good, close to bus stops, shops, and the bus stop (12) that many of the tours depart from. Wifi good. Balcony with views of mountains was nice to watch out for aurora as faces north.

Excellent location, just outside the main high street, restaurants and shops with a minutes walk. Secure apartment with key coded entrance pad. Large and very comfortable living area with everything you need. Netflix app on the TV a bonus, log in with your own account. Bedrooms a good size and lots of storage space. Utility room with various washer/dryers. Heated perfectly. Balcony with views of the main city church. A lovely apartment that will definitely recommend. Thodur was very helpful!

centrally located in Reykjavik in walking distance to everything, the apartment was clean and had all modern facilities and the host was easily contactable if needed. it is also a 2 minute walk from bus stop 13 which is where you get picked up for any trips or airport run.

Only minor things which definitely did not spoil our stay. Given the choice, I would have swapped the balcony for a second bathroom/WC especially given the number of guests it can accommodate, but we coped so not really an issue. Overall, it's excellent value and highly recommended

Location is excellent, walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and groceries. Walk a bit further and you can easily get to the coast and the harbour on the north side of Reykjavik but it's a little too far for the Grotto lighthouse so you'll need a car for that. It's warm, well decorated and with lots of storage and space. Bonus is you get a secure underground parking space too.

The apartment is just amazing. Super centrally located, a bonus supermarket 3 minutes away, the famous church 10-15 minutes walking distance. We had an underground private parking. The beds were super comfortable, and everyone had privacy and enough room. The furniture is beautiful.

One toilet for 7 people was complicated, especially the day we had an early start for a tour.

Very responsive staff, great location, nice living room. The apartment includes parking in the garage and they also let us keep our car there a few hours more than the check out time.
