“The view from the balcony is spectacular! Note, cannot sit on balcony. Pier provided helpful videos where to park (5min walk away with small fee of 3.50 Euro per day) and how to get to apartment. Loved the styling of the apartment and it had everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable. Bonus sky window above bed!”
“Castelmezzano is a mountain village (with a zip line for the hardy traveller) with astonishing views. Its history dates back to the Normans (and further) with plenty of evidence of their presence still able to be seen. Accomodation had everything a traveller might need with decor reminiscent of the 1960s. Dined at possibly the best pizzeria so far on our journey. Community life still apparent here as the piazza near the church fills in the evening for gossip and card playing.”
“It exceeded all expectations. The room was impeccably clean, with a fresh, pleasant scent. Everything looked brand new, which added to the overall comfort and appeal. The jacuzzi was great, after hiking and walking.
The owner clearly takes care of maintaining the place. There was provided a thoughtfully written guide, which was incredibly helpful for navigating the village and discovering local attractions. The attention to details and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The village itself is absolutely stunning, with its traditional architecture and breathtaking views. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable getaway.”
“SUPER friendly & helpful owners (speak French too fyi). Parked car in their garage & room has safe for valuables. Spotlessly clean & roomy with vVERY generous breakfast in mini kitchen + delicious choice of fresh croissants. Hot tub was excellent in super cute style & view of town/mountains good. Easy to find even at night from plaza/Michelin star restaurant and east drive up mountain on good road. Although we came for flight of angels (sadly closed in May except sundays) we did not regret our visit at all!”
“The host was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed, and he even provided recommendations of things to do in the area. We appreciated the included secure parking spot, which we were permitted to use until the afternoon of the day we checked out (as opposed to having to move it at the official check-out time). The chromatherapy shower and hot tub were very nice after multiple hours of hiking. Bonus points for the gorgeous view and delicious morning croissants!”

“We had a short but lovely stay at Pasquale's B&B. Everything from the communication before and during our stay, to the room which was exceptionally well equipped with a full kitchen as well as lots of coffee and snack items (like yogurt, toast, juice) at our disposal, to the amazing views from the room and quiet location, this B&B exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also plentiful, Pasquale offered us the option of traditional Italian breakfast items vs eggs, cold cuts and bread. We opted for the latter and received a box with prosciutto, cheese, bread and fresh eggs which we were able to cook our way. We really appreciate the hospitality Pasquale and his family extended to us and would love to stay here again someday if we return to Castelmezzano.”
