We were provided with a pdf document prior to arriving and it was the most helpful and detailed instructions with all you need to book in I have ever seen. This should be a standard for all properties. Found the place, got through the boom gate, knew where to park, walked up the correct stairs to the apartment and opened the lock key and entered the apartment… so easy ! The host was in communication and easy to contact even though there was no need as check in was so easy. Thanks Antonella”
