“A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.”
“Great place overall and we had a good time here for 3 nights. Important to mention that you definitely need a car to get there, it's about 30 mins drive from Bolzano. There are no shops or anything around the house. Host is very friendly but unfortunately did not seem to speak English although we managed with German. The apartment itself has all the amenities you need and it's warm enough. I would maybe improve it with a modern TV with Netflix, shampoo and shower gel dispenser would be great too and maybe a carpet in the living room would be a nice touch to make it more comfortable. Nevertheless I recommend this place.”

“Hotel is great, food was amazing- in the price you have breakfast, small lunch, afternoon snack+cakes and in the evening 4 course meal on top level! Pool is amazing and big, 3 saunas to choose from. Slopes are 3 min drive away, there is ski bus as well as public bus in front of the hotel to take you there. Amazing and relaxing stay, staff was friendly.”

The apartment is brand new and well equipped (at the moment of of ski-visit, the ski boot dryer missed). *There was a small language barrier for english speaking people (german and italian speakers will not have a problem). ☺”
