Palazzo Rosso is a lovely place to stay. They have a very nice swimming pool, beautiful garden and wonderful atmosphere. There are a couple of markets in the Carruba and train station 30 minutes by foot from the Palazzo. We recommend visiting Torre Archirafi, which is 20 minutes from Palazzo.

“Beautifully located right on the sea with an amazing terrace. Torre Archirafi is very local, thus allows to enjoy Sicilian life. A clean spacious apartment with everything one needs there. The kitchen is new and its clean appliances working finely. It is a good base to explore Sicily, much easier if you have a car otherwise enjoyable walks and train. Parking easy and free. The restaurant Cafe du port and Modo cafe right across with excellent offerings at good prices. Many thanks for for the flexibility in checking out, the ride to the station for my daughter😊”
