“The apartment is very well-equipped, comfortable, and just a stone's throw from the beach. Vincenzo is the best host you can imagine. He is kind, helpful, and does everything to make guests feel at home. He provides detailed recommendations for sights and suggests the best restaurants or ice cream shops for a gastronomic experience. Through his connections, he was able to book us a table at the best restaurant in Roseto even on the same day, where the staff welcomed us like friends because they knew who had recommended the place. The use of the enclosed garage is convenient and practical.”

“The place is located in a nice and clean building. We had an ocean view room which was very beautiful as you could watch the sunrise. For self cooking everything is available and in good quality. You can make beautiful walks along the promenade and there are plenty of places to eat. Vincenzo was an absolute delight as a host. He explained everything and was always open for a chat. We can recommend the place.”
