The Staff is really good and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. BUS stops are very near. Breakfast center is near and very delicious.

Our room was very clean and so comfortable with a great balcony with a wonderful view. Big supermarket two minutes away with a great variety of products. Tea/coffee making facilities, water cooler and two fridges for guests. Shaila was a superb host, she couldn't have been more helpful

location is a bit out of the way. Which means if I do go back to Florence I may not go back to this place. But I highly recommend it if people don’t mind walking. just me and my badly designed feet.

Overall great stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Room was very spacious. Towels, shower gel and hairdryer is provided. There’s a drink station in the hallway, a coffee machine that has decent tasting pods and is always stocked up. There’s also a kitchen area where there’s a fridge for you to put chilled snacks if you wish. The location wise is quiet, if this is what you are looking for. It takes around 28 minutes to walk to the tourists sites, as we are on the other side of the river. But bear in mind it takes roughly that long but if you plan on doing other things etc etc then the miles will add up. Perfect if you don’t mind walking. There is a bus that takes you to places but we knew the walking route so didn’t use the bus. There is also a supermarket which is 3-5 mins walk on the same street, but that is quite small so don’t expect too many choices of food I mean. Other than that it’s a great stay!

Lack of Minibar in the room, there are 2 fridges available but a private minibar would be better especially since some of our food disappeared from the shared fridge. - Internet is not good and very slow. Fiber internet is cheap in italy and provides very high speeds. So using a slow internet in the bnb was disapointing. - The facility is called a BnB but only offers breakfast for a surcharge and not included in the price.

BnB was clean and had good facilities overall. Checkin was smooth as well as checkout. Free Cold water, coffee and tea was a good plus.

Parking - parking in Florence is a nightmare. Keep in mind you will pay to let it on the street or in a private parking. There is no free parking at this city. There is a partner-garage nearby where you can let your car for 18 eur/day. City tax - it was charged 3 eur/day/person of city tax, on top of the booking fee - so consider value of the fee and also parking on your cost estimations. Stairs - b&b is at 3rd floor and no elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage 3 floors up. Distance from center - it is about 25 min to the closest gate.

The room is big, almost an apartment as there was a table, TV and a sofa despite of the bed. There was also carbinet available and luggage shelf at the room. At the common area you could drink coffee, tea and water at any time. There was also a common fridge to let your things if you wanted to. Shaila was there to receive us when we arrived. She was very kind and helpful. She even gave us one breakfast voucher (we though it was included at our daily fee but it wasn't). Checkin and checkout was smooth. Room was clean, bathroom as well. There was blackout curtains at the window and Window was sound proof - we didn't hear anything from the street. Very good to sleep well! There was also a full length mirror available at the room, what I really liked. The stay was good!

No reception (only when arrive). Steps between room and bathroom, in corridors. No lift. No breakfast option. Clean once per week. Air conditioner placed uncomfortable way. Old fashioned room design.

Pretty big room, soundproofing, coffee machine (in launch zone), water. Supermarket 1 minute walking distance. Available microwave, fridge, dishwasher.

Far.... from the city center!. between 20-25 by walking ( even if you are in a good shape), so be aware of that.

The B&B is very good. Rooms have the correct size and are pleasant. The place has all the basics to feel like "in home". The availability of a freezer is very "welcome". Regarding the neighborhood is quiet and plenty of good restaurants as well as two big supermarkets.

Apartment was located in 20-25 minutes of walk from the center, bus stop is also so close (you can get to the center) . Apartment was clean and had a good view from the balcony. Owner was very good lady. For this price it's very good accomodation.

Far from Central Railway Station. The hotel is on the second floor, but there is no elevator. You have to carry your suitcase upstairs yourself. The height of the bed is very low.

The AC took a while to cool down the room and we were hot at night. There was a part of the flooring that was coming undone. No access to toilet paper we had to ask for it.

The price was good. Communal fridge, dishes, microwave, coffee and tea area.

Room looked better in the pictures and the smell of tobacco was strong (although it is no smoking room).

Location was great, only 20 minute walk from city centre. We did not even use public transport. Owner helped us arrange parking space in garage in vicinity.

To me everything at this accommodation felt like It is done cheaply so the B&B can make money without putting too much effort or spend on their guest comfort. During our stay: - The worst part was our room smelt so strongly of incense sticks the entire time. I was sneezing the whole stay as being sensitive to smells and could taste the incense stick smell in my mouth/throat when lying in bed. It really was not pleasant. - Nothing was explained about the accommodation during check in. I later found a guide in the room, however a quick mention from the host to guest of ensuring to read the guide would have gone a long way. - The accommodation doesn’t look like the booking/com pictures, I think some years ago. The room and common area look outdated/cluttered and could do with a refresh. In the booking it said their was a balcony, on arrival the room did not have a balcony. - The coffee machine, that is just a capsule machine was not working but the B&B offered a coffee on them at a local bar. The water cooler tasted off and was often empty. - The accommodation is way over priced for what is being offered and what guests receive. I have certainly stayed in other places that are much more welcoming and comfortable for the same price. It’s a Bed & Breakfast yet the property doesn’t offer breakfast probably to save on their business costs yet still the property is charging room prices that should include at least a small breakfast. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 13 years and can say that this accommodation you as a guest are just a money making person for the B&B without any warmth or hospitality. I’d recommend stay somewhere else and get something better for your money!

The area is off touristic trail and is where the locals are living.

Perfectly located with an easy stroll into the main area. We were made to feel very welcome & it was the perfect place for us to stay for my 50th birthday celebrations. Handy supermarket close by, bus stops literally on the doorstep, and the breakfast in the wonderful patisserie over the street was excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean & so comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities, water cooler & even a fridge that guests can use. Perfect in every way! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
