Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI booked the mezzanine bed room which was a bit unusual- if you're not steady on your feet then opt for a normal room as there is an unusual staircase/ladder. Great to have exercise equipment in the room though and loads of space.
Staff make a place and they couldn't have been any better at 21 stories of navigli. So helpful, fun and polite. Rooftop pool was a star find!! Breakfast was brilliant. Location AMAZING. Navilgi is the best area of Milan for food, drinks and atmosphere by far.

ItalyNothing really. The location is in the middle of Navigli, so during the night there is a bit of confusion from the local bars and people outside. But, I guess, that is also part of the interest for the hotel.
The hotel is modern, nice and extremely comfortable. I stayed in the suite (thanks for the upgrade :-)), which was ample, clean and cozy. The common rooms were extremely comfortable and I could work there in the morning. But what was incredible is the terrace: a fantastic view of 360° of Milan, with a small pool and two bars. Fantastic!

TurkeyAs it is located in lively navigli neighborhood, parties last till 3-4 am and sound isolation in rooms are not perfect, if you want a silent night, maybe need to get a room looking at the other direction, overall sound isolation in rooms could be better, that is the only downside of the hotel

AustraliaMy favourite hotel so far! Facilities are great - a gym/pool as well as a rooftop bar and a restaurant on ground floor (which is where the buffet breakfast is served). Complimentary drinks in the bar fridge as well as a 1L bottle of water that they replace daily. Big comfy bed and a shower with great water pressure and is instantly hot. Even offer a laundry service that was picked up from the room at 10am and ready for me when I got back that night. Metro station a 5-10 minute walk as well as heaps of restaurants and bars in the area

Fantastic hotel. Quiet, peaceful, located adjacent to the NAVIGLI canal. Nearby tram stops and metro station, many restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and smiling. The rooms are very well furnished and equipped with everything necessary, clean, cleaned daily. Delicious breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves, including people suffering from gluten intolerance.
