The host of this accommodation, Matilda, is amazing. She is kind, enthusiastic and gives great advice. We were on our honeymoon and she left us such a sweet surprise. She also gave great tips for restaurants in the area. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there’s enough space for your suitcase and clothes and the shower has great water pressure. The apartment is close to the train station for visits to cinque terre. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.

What a great Appartment just few minutes from La Spezia Train Station and main La Spezia atractions. We had a smooth stay and everything we addressed was promptly handled. Couldn't ask for more. Next time in La Spezia I would defenitly stay here. It's like home away from home and it's indeed luxourious!

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Matilda was a great host and really looked after us. We made a couple of requests which she sorted out for us before we got to the room. She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and made our stay really enjoyable. The place is a small walk to the station which was great especially with luggage. The room was clean and tidy, which was cleaned everyday we were there. The room was modern and up-to-date.

While the location was good in proximity to the station, it overlooks a wall.

Very modern & clean rooms. Great spot to stay especially if you plan on exploring Cinque Terra. Train station is very close, and Matilda is an absolute pleasure. She's very helpful and knows the area well, so her advice was crucial for us. Can't wait to come back!

Only downside was that there was only one mirror and no full length mirror. For a couple this made getting ready a little tight. The location is a ten minute walk from train station and around 20-25 mins from the La Spezia pier.

Really modern and clean. Easy check in system and Matilda was very helpful. The room was turned over the 2nd day as well which was lovely. Great place to stay to go around cinque Terre. I would stay here again.

Lovely and helpful host. Beautiful and new suite and perfect distance from the train station of which we used a lot of. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in walking distance. Air conditioning in a great spot and room kept cool. Complementary water and Prosecco provided and seperate door between sink and toilet for two to use at once.

We understand that as it's a small apartment it's difficult to have a fully equipped kitchen but a microwave would be a good improvement.

Matilda was the best host! She was super helpful and always made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was clean, modern and very well decorated. It's perfect to visit the Cinque Terre as it's super close to the train station.

We had a great stay at 3L Luxury Rooms, it’s been amazing two nights the room was extremely clean and beautiful. Matilda was a very nice person she gives recommendations where to go and what to do, she is an amazing woman prepared a small surprise for our honeymoon.

Was initially concerned about it being on the ground floor with people passing by but was not a problem. Turned out to be very quiet with hardly any traffic or people passing by. Very safe.

New, clean. Netflix. Strong wifi. Small but comfortable. Short walk to train station and supermarket nearby. Matilda was amazing. Super responsive and very helpful not only with suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do but very kind. She asked us for our plans when checking out and when she found out we were going to pick up our rental car, she offered to drive us to the rental company. Which made a huge difference as we discovered because of its location .

Room was brand new, well-designed, spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable! The location of the property is also super convenient — 5min walking distance to the train station to be able to easily explore Cinque Terre by foot, but also located on a very quiet street. The property manager, Matilda, is a very lovely person — friendly, helpful, responsive! Highly recommend this stay all around.

There is a halogen flood light coming from the train station that unfortunately goes through the blinds, which is right in front of the bed for our room. We ended up hanging up towels to block.

We made a last minute booking change and are so glad we ended up at Matilda's! As a family of 5, our 3 teens stayed in the room next to us which worked out great (for them and for us!). Both rooms were beautiful, modern and clean, and surprisingly soundproof from the trains that run right by. She left water bottles for each of us, Nespresso pods and even Biscoff cookies. It's also very close to the train station which made our trip to Cinque Terre, and then out to Venice very easy. Matilda is also just so friendly and responsive, she even checked in on us twice to see how our trip was going.
