We stayed at 3per3 for 3 nights and simply loved it. The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The parking was free and in a gated secured yard, in front of the apartment. Each morning we had a very tasty breakfast and our amazing host took care of every single detail - grazie mille! For us, this was one of the best accommodations ever. Very highly recommended!

We had 4 people and the owner is SUPER friendly and nice. Everything was cleaner ja prettier than in the photos. Loved the place. We recomend and we will come back again. Breakfast was super full and rich, so delicious. Rooms were big, comfortable and beautiful. Bathroom was clean, beautiful and big. Everything you need is there. Best bed and breakfast in Italy so far. Thank you so much! Will come again!

The owner of the B&B was outstanding and did everything and more to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was served at the exakt time we wished even if the lady had had to stay up late due to our delayed arrival. Italian hospitality and warmth at its best.

Fantastic place!! The place was super clean and modern! The host met us at very late time and she was extremely friendly and supportive! Everything was perfect and we were touched to the heart with host hospitality! Breakfast was outsdanding, even home made cake was prepared for us. We recommend this place and will come back next year! ;)

I totally agree to the other reviewers, the host Theresa was really kind and helpful. We arrived at 2 am and she waited for us and checked us in.

The host Theresa was so kind. In spite of the fact we come early in the morning 3:30. She waited for us, got us inside and later at 10:00 we were invited to delicious 🥞 breakfast. She was also very kind and gave me a tramp to railway station to airport to pick up a rental car.. Very appreciate Theresa and recomend to visit the place.

What an amazing hostess. The hospitality was overwhelming, in a good way. The accommodation was clean and we had tons of space. The breakfast was.. just INCREDIBLE! Taken care of with love. As you can see through the entire accommodation. Thank you for an amazing stay.

It’s a quiet neighborhood but if you want to go and do shopping or eat in a good restaurant, you have to take a taxi or drive by car.

Very comfortable place for a reasonable price. Close to Malpensa airport and a good choice if you have a connection flight with a layover. The host is the nicest person in the world. I had a lot of luggage with me and so she drove me to the train station the next day.

I have been in 4, or 5 locations in my entire trip, and I rate 3per3 as the best of all considering the quality of facilities. The owner Maria was a great person help us with all aspects. Finally, she was kind enough to give us a lift to the train station.

Close to MXP, a perfect place to rest before a long journey. Spacious rooms with everything you might need. The hostess was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate special requests (baby bed, vegan breakfast). I highly recommend staying here
